Before I chose for this app, I had meetings with 10+ other apps to see if they have the functionality I need. ReturnGO had all of them for a reasonable price compared to some of the others. If you are not doing many returns they offer an affordable plan where you can still get some extra features for add-on prices. > > **Nachteile**: This ultimate flexibility in terms of setting the return policies does make the app very complex to setup. Especially if you are dealing with multiple prices for different countries. It would have made my life a lot easier if it was possible to set up a general policy that would overrule all policies. I had a hard time integrating my carrier contracts.
