Kommentare: The overall experience is positive and recommended for other users to get started with this tool. We have had amazing smooth implementation process.

Vorteile:

Toolsense offers a great band of features which includes Real-time monitoring for zero downtime which makes it capable of predictive maintenance. It also offers great integration capabilities with user-friendly behavior.

Nachteile:

It is an expensive tool and is complex in usage, it requires high internet with no downtime to operate on real-time scenario. Sometimes the customizations are limited to what is expected.

Managing lab computers with ease

Kommentare: We have trialed ToolSense to manage the computer workstations in the lab, keeping track of who is using them, where they are, and of the key dates concerning those machines (esp. warranty expiration).

Vorteile:

It makes very easy to manage and track our lab computers, one can even have a QR code printed and attached to the machines to obtain all the details easily. Handles location, warranty, and maintenance timelines. No more Excel for this!

Nachteile:

Would be nice to be able to rearrange/select columns in the Assets view (minor issue though)

An Overview Of ToolSensw

Kommentare: My overall experience with ToolSense is very good and I will still use it in future and recommend it to others also.

Vorteile:

ToolSense features that I liked very much were the scheduling with the help of which we can schedule the things we want. Other things I liked werw asset tracking, inventory tracking and many more.

Nachteile:

The things I disliked about ToolSense was that sometimes it shows some errors while scheduling the meeting. Except this I didn't found any other problem.

ToolSense- An efficient work-order and asset maintainer

Kommentare: Overall with features like customizing, asset and work order management especially the "QR" one , if it works on some more areas it just can be a deadly tool!

Vorteile:

As a developer working continuously at various platforms in our office it's "QR" feature is just amazing which on almost daily basis helps to easily locate and grab data that we require. Infact I would really appreciate how well integrated it is for efficiently managing so many things at one place and that too at a decent price.

Nachteile:

While development I often require to use my mobile device too, but in that scenario it's just not that efficient as it in web. So maybe little work can be done in that aspect apart from that I am really enjoying doing my work over this platform.

what truly stand out me about toolsense was there powerful vision , they are making a life easier for front line worker, there maintenance, repair and operation system are to good , that kind of innovation that can make a real impact

not to many problem i face, but onboarding process and user interface just need a little bit devolvement, otherwise all tools are super effective

UI is awesome and also has a mobile app so you can do pretty much everything from this mobile app and no need to be on-site everytime you can get real-time data from anywhere and serve your clients. Helpful Construction project workflow management tool and getting started was not challenging and nothing to dislike.

I use this platform mainly for asset tracking of some maintenance processes and for their management. For our work where we have machines relocated throughout Europe and parts of the United States. The management of maintenance and work orders works perfectly.

Nachteile:

For the functions used up to now I have not found any particular difficulties. Although the software requires a good learning phase before actually being a great help for the job.

Kommentare: Overall I will totally recommend this ToolSense Software to my friends to maintain business assets without Excel. On this, through the dashboard, we can manage all the assets on one platform and keep track of their maintenance scheduling. It's so helpful as after just scanning the QR Code we get all the information related to the asset on our mobile phones.

ToolSense is so useful as it provides me to maintain my all asset on one platform after just uploading my data on its software after that we can track our assets in less time and with less workforce. We can attach one QR code to our asset and then after scanning that QR code we can get all the details related to that asset like configuration, maintenance schedule, and the person who owns it. So for me, it's totally recommended to my friends as it makes our life so easy.

Nachteile:

Nothing, I like each and every feature of ToolSense as after using it we can regularly keep track of maintenance scheduled on one platform. We can generate a report about assets' life and make our business decision on it. After using ToolSense we create our checklist for asset check for security before using it and also keep track on our mobile phone via mobile application.
