I have brought this ti customer service multiple times and they have not addressed the fact that what I am being charged does not even match the amounts listed on the pricing advertised. It is a sham\!\!\! Its not easy to use, looks terrible and unprofessional, and does not have the features that the competing EHR's have that are more expensive. With the overcharges, I would be paying less for more to go to Therapy Notes or Simple Practice. NOT at all worth the price - you dont save anyway because there are hidden fees and charges that they will not correct. I have 2 group practices where some of my clinicians work out of both locations. We have to use one program for scheduling and then Therapy Appointment for our billing.
