Meine Lieblings-Kollaborationstool

Kommentare: Als Scrum Master und Agile Coach arbeite ich täglich mit Miro. Gemeinsames Brainstorming, Ideenfindung und Lösungssuche funktionieren genauso wie Backlog Estimation und PI Planning.Für Remote Workshops und Meetings braucht man ein gemeinsames Whiteboard, auf dem man seine Ideen aufschreiben, sammeln und diskutieren kann. Miro bietet hier einfach nutzbare Grundfunktionen (Sticky Notes, Texte, Schreiben) und viele tolle Erweiterungen (Jira-Anbindung, Stoppuhr, Abstimmung, Frames, Präsentationen, ...).Ich nutze Miro für persönliche Brainstormings, für Team-Workshops bis hin zu PI Plannings mit mehreren hundert Personen. Alles ist einfach und intuitiv nutzbar.

Vorteile:

Die intuitive Nutzbarkeit, die Übersichtlichkeit und die einfache Navigation macht es selbst Neueinsteigern leicht, sich zurechtzufinden.Die vielen Funktionen und Erweiterungen (z.B. Voting, Planning Poker, Stoppuhr, Präsentationsmodus) und Anbindungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Jira) machen es mir als Workshopmoderator sehr einfach und helfen mir, meinen Kunden eine ideale remote Workshop-Erfahrung zu bieten.

Nachteile:

Hin und wieder gibt es einige Bugs, bei mehreren hundert bis tausend Elementen wird die Ladezeit sehr hoch.

Unverzichtbar für Remote Teams

Vorteile:

Sehr intuitives Tool für Workshops, Planungssessions und mehr! Stetig kommen weitere Tolle Funktionen wie z.B. neulich die Abstimmungsfunktion hinzu die auf elegante Art und Weise eingeführt und vorgestellt werden.

Nachteile:

Für junge Startups wären zusätzliche Discount Programme wünschenswert.

Tool für Teamwork

Vorteile:

Mit Miro kann ich während eines Arbeitskreises die Ergebnisse sammeln und in geeignete Form bringen, sogar präsentieren. Mindmaps, Tabellen und co nutze ich dabei sehr gerne.

Nachteile:

Bisher noch nichts wirklich negatives aufgefallen

Digitales Whiteboard mit allem was man braucht.

Kommentare: Gutes Tool was sich im Laufe der Zeit etwas verzettelt hat. Hier wäre weniger machmal mehr. Aber die Hauptfunktion funktioniert wirklich gut.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu bedienende ansprechende Oberfläche.

Nachteile:

Mindmap Funktion ist nicht wirklich Leitungsfähig.

das intuitive Planungstool meiner Wahl

Vorteile:

kollaboratives Arbeiten wird dank Miro stark vereinfacht. Die Bedienung ist trotz zahlreicher Funktionen intuitiv geblieben. Ich kann Miro uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Nachteile:

Die Desktop-Version verlangt sehr oft nach Updates. Das ist manchmal etwas störend.

Super Ideenmanagement tool mit tollem Live-Sync.

Vorteile:

Live-Sync funktioniert fast Sekunden genau. Es gibt viele Integrationen und es ist allgemein sehr benutzerfreundlich und einfach zu bedienen.

Nachteile:

Es gibt Funktionen die in anderen Tools deutlich besser gemacht sind. Es ist eher ein All-Rounder tool, wenn man etwas benötigt, was richtig gut für eine bestimmte Aufgabe wie z.B. Projektmanagement ist, sollte man eine spezifischeres Tool verwenden.

Vorteile:

Die simpel gestaltene Oberfläche, einfache Bedienung und instllation

Nachteile:

Fehlende Diagramme, Stifte und Formen, Vergleich hierzu ist Draw IO

Virtuelle Zusammenarbeit

Kommentare: Perfekt bei Abstimmungen in Videokonferenzen

Vorteile:

Die Zusammenarbeit fällt in Videokonferenzen ganz leicht & bietet eine gute Übersicht

Nachteile:

Am Anfang musste man sich mit der Bedienung anfreunden, bei mehreren Anwendungen funktioniert das ganze recht gut

Super Whiteboard Tool zum Brainstormen und zur Prozess Modellierung

Vorteile:

Miro glänzt durch den guten live sync und die vielen Tools zur Darstellung von Prozessen.

Nachteile:

Ich würde mir wünschen dass ich weitere Schriftarten in Miro benutzen kann, damit die visualisierungen der eigenen Brand-language entsprechen.

Praktisch

Kommentare: Gerade für Anfönger im Remotearbeiten gut geeignet, weil leicht zu lernen.

Vorteile:

Mit Miro kann ich Gedanken sortieren und mit Kollegen denken.

Nachteile:

DGSVO konform ist für meine Kunden extrem wichtig und Datensicherheit wird hier nicht garantiert.

Miro Bewertung

Vorteile:

Fördert die Zusammenarbeit insbesondere in sehr großen Teams.

Nachteile:

Für komplett freue Gestaltung führt schnell zu Unübersichtlichkeit

Miro Features

Kommentare: Ich nutze es sehr of im Studium, lässt sich gut mit anderen Tools zu integrieren.

Vorteile:

Man kann sie intuitiv schnell benutzen. Passt gut um mit vielen Teilnehmern zusammen zu arbeiten. Wunderbar geeignet als ein Brainstorming-Tool.

Nachteile:

Wenn man mit vielen Menschen zusammen arbeitet, ist es manchmal sehr schwer die richtige Arbeitsgruppe zu finden. Eine Aufteilung wäre sinnvoller, wie eine Art Breakdown-Rooms.

Miro is the dream product for remote teams!

Kommentare: I love Miro, it’s helped me organize my own thoughts and ideas, and collaborate with people in any location and at any time (or asynchronously). It’s just Ana amazing repository, and a really flexible tool that provides all sorts of solutions.

Vorteile:

Miro is the digital whiteboard I spent 20 years to see, and it’s almost as awesome as I always hoped. Being able to quickly and easily collect all sorts of materials, designs, references, links, diagrams, etc, and have a permanent, shareable repository is HUGE for teams.

Nachteile:

I understand pricing st a basic level, where it’s basically just myself and a few reviewers, but I don’t understand how to scale it where large numbers of people are creating within it, and it seems like that would get expensive quickly.

Collaboration and PM are easy with Miro

Kommentare: Miro excels in providing a framework for structuring data. Miro also makes it simple to create shared boards for group work. In my current use case, I cannot imagine a situation where Miro would be less suitable or less fit.

Vorteile:

Miro is used in many ways in my organization, both internally and externally, and in a wide range of projects and interactions with stakeholders. We use the software for conceptualization and planning, charting the customer and partner journey, designing processes, and gathering user input. It's useful to be able to see ideas on a screen and work on them with a group of people all at once.

Nachteile:

It may take a while to grant someone access to the board. Once or twice, someone we added to the board didn't immediately gain edit privileges, but I suspect this was due to a problem rather than a lack of features.

Collaboration, collaboration, collaboration!

Kommentare: Overall, my experience has been positive as Miro is my go to for brainstorming ideas. It streamlines collaboration and brings team projects to life for my team.

Vorteile:

I like how Miro's vibrant, collaborative white boards make brainstorming sessions feel like a creative playground. The intuitive interface and customization options allow me to visually organize our ideas and see them come to life.

Nachteile:

At times, it can be overwhelming given the sheer number of features offered, making it challenging to find the specific tools I need quickly, but I get accustomed to what I typically use.

Miro was fine but it didn't seem to work the way I expected it to

Kommentare: In preparation for a conference, my company sponsored a bunch of innovation groups across the organization and we used Miro since we were from remote teams across the world. For that, it worked well to use the sticky notes and other collaboration features in place of a whiteboard. However, as mentioned above, the product was not intuitive and we were not provided training. With more training, I am sure it could have been an excellent product.

Vorteile:

I like that there are a lot of different features that can be used by a variety of people to collaborate both synchronously and asynchronously, and everyone can use it in their own way

Nachteile:

I didn't find the software intuitive to use. I kept wanting to click in a certain way or drag in a certain way, and it just didn't seem to understand what I was trying to do

Versatile and reliable idea management platform in general.

Kommentare: Miro has been the product that I always wished to have because it helps me to visually draw my ideas the way I know best.

Vorteile:

Miro is one of the platforms that I have interacted with so far that has a pretty much clean, attractive and well-organized user interface, I would give it a 9 out of 10. I was also happy with the ability to simultaneously work on a diagram visualization with colleagues from different devices all together. User-friendly and realistic pricing.

Nachteile:

At the moment, I have no dislikes about Miro simply because I have not encountered a hitch since I interacted with it from the day of deployment.

No There are no minor flaws are no major flaws, just minor ones that are not worth mentioning.

Nothing, it honestly is a fantastic program and suite, collaborating is easy with Miro

Miro is probably one of the best and most intuitive idea/collaboration team I have worked with. It is a lot of fun to use.

Nachteile:

The price of it is a bit on the higher end and sometimes hard to justify paying for it as a stand alone product

Miro - your new best friend!

Kommentare: I personally love how simple, practical and fun miro is to use for both planning a project and tracking it stage my stage in a visual way. It can even be used for moodboards and feedback which is great for any visul artist or designer.

Vorteile:

-Its flexibility for brain storming and planning visually. -quick and easy to pick up -multiple people can see and edit the same board, providing feedback and posting new content. -very colourful and simple UI

Nachteile:

-some features that you may need would require purchase. However once subscribed, miro can become a strong and key tool for the creative pipline.

Right tool for online visual collaboration

Kommentare: Miro is the most constantly software that we have use when the pandemic hit our country, and we need to work remotely from home. It has all the tools that we need to collaborate on task and project and it work on real-time setting. We are really happy adopting this software as part of our work system.

Vorteile:

Online meeting and project discussion in online settings is the strongest feature that Miro has offered. Screen sharing is the most important and really critical feature that me and my team need when we are doing an online meeting for our project discussion as it will help us to visually showing our computer screen for other to see the point that i am presenting.

Nachteile:

There are some bugs with the screen sharing, like it won't load my audio file and failed to play it but work correctly with the video file. The whiteboard has no board to its canvas and if not control correctly it will taking too much resource of my computer RAM and will drag my computer to run slowly.

Our tool of choice for visual collaboration - a must have in education and training

Kommentare: Miro is awesome. We have been using it to demonstrate different concepts in online workshops to co-workers and also to share knowledge with our K-12 students. The level of interaction and engagement is the cornerstone of a product that enables you and your team to work cohesively and share ideas in a visual manner.

Vorteile:

Here we are in love with Miro: It is easy to use, has a wide arrange of tools to convey ideas and has plenty of templates for specific purposes. Being platform agnostic warrants a great experience across devices and operating systems. The tools to collaborate make it an indispensable app for teachers and trainers. We are quite pleased with the fact that the Support team (Miro Academy) is always organizing training events to cover the basics and also advanced tools. The Miroverse community is also very helpful and we all get to share templates and tools with the rest of the users.

Nachteile:

Not a con, but something that may annoy some people is that the text tool is a bit limited. From the selection of typefaces to the inability to format specific parts of the text, the tool feels lacking. Another factor to consider (not a con, per see) is that Miro is better used when you have an idea of what is it that you want from it and you organize your content accordingly. The fact that this has an infinite canvas lends to chaos if you do not plan ahead.

Miro helping to increase productivity and efficiency

Kommentare: It's a fantastic platform for collaboration amongst many stakeholders, including UX, POs, and many more. It has been tremendously helpful to be able to naturally depict thoughts and concepts and to utilise Miro as a whiteboard for several reasons. Our project management procedures have been made more efficient and streamlined. The collaborative capabilities offered by MIRO, however, allow people of diverse backgrounds to contribute ideas without necessarily speaking out.

Vorteile:

It is fairly easy. It runs well and usually has an understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. We often communicate with our personnel and concerned parties using Miro. Additionally, the frameworks built into the software assist organise meetings more quickly. In addition to allowing you to express your creativity, the vast selection of activity templates, marker colours, custom icons, voting, comments, CMS integration, and document collaboration enables you to run workshops successfully. With the diversity of tools and plugins it supports, Miro can assist you in expressing them. It is also straightforward enough so that you won't feel overwhelmed and can concentrate on your job.

Nachteile:

The projects' lack of organisation is what I detest the most. The search is also not optimal as there is no hierarchy, tiers, folders, etc. The administrative dashboard and user organisation in Miro have also been a problem for me. Although the programme is typically simple to use, I have encountered difficulties navigating it when working with many Miro accounts. However, after showing teams the value of whiteboarding, they frequently become more receptive to it.
