The canvas is huge, everything is drag and drop, and you never really feel boxed in by the structure of it. What I liked most though is how easy it is to get everyone involved — even people who aren't particularly "visual" types. You send someone a link, they jump in, and within two minutes they're adding sticky notes and moving things around like they've been using it for years. There's almost no learning curve, which is rare for a collaboration tool. The templates are also genuinely useful. Not just filler actual ready-to-go boards for things like retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, or roadmap planning that you can just pick up and run with.
