> **Nachteile**: Parents hardly being able to access parent portal to pay and consistently getting logged out. They try to tell you that you do not contact them because apparently their link to get help doesn’t directly work thru their website.

> Not great at all. When over 50% of your clients can’t log in it defeats the purpose of using the website. I asked for them to waive the fee for a fee months due to the issues we had all last season. They were unwilling to do so, so my prescription to their will expire towards the end of September. I refuse to $45 a month as a nonprofit dance business when my customers can’t log in and my staff has to keep resending parents links. Like they do not know how to log in. One of my parents is a business owner and she does a website similar to this one for her clients and she has no issues at all.
