Kommentare: I, personally think it’s great in my daily use of it but there are some frustrations with some of its functionality

You can tell Paycor takes your business seriously and works very hard to give what you need toy get your job done efficiently
Nachteile:
The reporting platform is confusing and not easy to use at all. It’s disappointing. Also we have A LOT of issues with our employees using the app. They are constantly frustrated with it which makes our job so much harder.

Kommentare: I love it. I recommend companys to it all the time, but don't like the customer service.

The ability to have everything in one system. I basically have all products of Paycor except the benefits part because were not there yet.
Nachteile:
Customer Service - I have issues where they don't respond promptly. I have been waiting 2 months for a report. Even after we had a zoom meeting.

Paycor is an excellent resource for HRIS systems
Kommentare: It’s been positive and enjoyable. When we’ve had concerns or challenges, they’ve been quick to respond and address them. They worked with us to pilot a snowflake connection for our system data to flow to our PowerBI system.
Vorteile:
Ease of use to program and manage. The structure of the system is predictable and simple to navigate
Nachteile:
Inconsistencies in our implementation. We have multiple IDs in various states. We discovered differences in settings which should have been the same across the IDs. Advance notice of changes before they are released will also be helpful. Several times we’ve been surprised to find changes without knowing it was happening.

Paycor for Beginners
Kommentare: Paycor saved its purpose for a time but as our company continues to grow we are needing a software with better customer service and higher functionality.
Vorteile:
We were able to use the various functions of Paycor to thoroughly manage our staff.
Nachteile:
There seemed to be quite a few frequent glitches with the software. The customer service was also far from top notch. Often speaking to individuals who would attempt to talk me through a fix from somewhere out of the country.

Kommentare: We have been using Paycor for about 3 years. It was a rocky start with our PTO plans not calculating correctly but have fixed those issues. I have taken the time to get Paycor Certified and that has helped me know my way around reporting and timekeeping, which was tricky to figure out at the start. Through the years, I truly believe Paycor is dedicated to improving because I see it every day.
Vorteile:
It's easy to use! Paycor offers a ton of options to have the system work exactly how you need it to. The trainings are also fabulous!!
Nachteile:
They do like to change things around, which can be frustrating, but they have a ton of guides to make you aware of what's changing.

Vorteile:
I find the website easy to use. The customer service is also good, always able to solve my problems quickly.
Nachteile:
I hate the new time card, and I believe some things were changed in training modules and I didn’t like that much either.

Paycor Time management
Kommentare: I use Paycor on a daily basis! We also use it for quarterly check ins, and it makes the process very smooth and saves time during our check in's. It is very easy to go in and correct a missed punch, check your schedule, request days off and check your vacation and sick day balances.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of obtaining information in regard to scheduling, PTO, sick days and tracking your time.
Nachteile:
I honestly do not have any complaints; it's very well laid out and user friendly.

End-user, time tracking only - 9/10
Kommentare: At first I didn't like the idea of switching. After we did, I was happy with the results.
Vorteile:
It made me happy to clock in and out! I don't know if it was the brightly colored, sleek interface or how it was intuitive and easy to use. Nobody had to show me how to clock in and out, it was just automatic. Great on a desktop and an app. Sadly that is the only price of the system I interacted with.
Nachteile:
As an end-user working only with the timekeeping piece I never had a problem Everything worked great.

Kommentare: I have liked every aspect of PayCor and it continues to provide more and more functionality like Employee Deve or improved services like Customer Support which has improved greatly.

Easy to use and lots of functionality. I actually enjoy using it and it makes my job easier. Employees love the self-service and all of the many features.

Customer Support takes time to respond sometimes but usually it is on point.

A Fine Alternative To ADP
Kommentare: At first I was hesitant when we switched over from ADP. But I can say not only am I impressed, but I actually prefer it now!!
Vorteile:
It's extremely used friendly and I love the UI! It's an extremely versatile program that we use for payroll, employee benefits, tracking of both personal and employees performance, tax prep and so much more!
Nachteile:
My one and only complaint was that it was initially particularly easy to navigate the benefits portions and features on Paycor. But once that was discerned, it was easy to do in subsequent years.

Paycor Year 1 Review
Kommentare: Overall its been great. We are learning the system yet on year one going all in for HR features slowly.
Vorteile:
All in 1 and easy to use. Our rep, [sensitive content hidden], is constantly in contact. That's what sells- we have amazing service with the reach out and know who to contact for large items.
Nachteile:
Just the W-2 process at year-end. It's a very intense time at year-end to balance everything and having W-2s be printed immediately after the last payroll still in 2023 is not like our previous vendors. Companies do adjustments at year-end when they review the W-2s and with Paylocity they gave us X amount of days after the last payroll to click and button and confirm that we reviewed and accept the W-2s. Paycor didnt ask and just printed. Created more panic/stress for us at year-end.

Vorteile:
Paycor has been wonderful since our implementation. The transition process from our previous provider was made super simple by their implementation team, who were able to screen share and walk us through pulling everything they needed in under an hour and a half (compared to a two WEEK process when we switched providers before that). They've remained in touch and been there anytime we had difficulties, which have been few. Their service after the sale has been phenomenal. I appreciate that they continue to offer support and reach out periodically to check in on us, and we have a dedicated customer success manager who we partner with occasionally to discuss our needs and new features.
Nachteile:
Their customer service hotline has been spotty recently (last few months) but overall is still helpful and reassuring.

Learning Curve
Kommentare: It is a love/hate relationship for us. We love some of the features but are disappointed in how we are not able to use all of the features. The customer service has been a disappointment as well. I am hopeful as we continue to learn more that we will have even more love than hate in the near future.
Vorteile:
The look and feel of Paycor is great. The onboarding is my favorite as it really saves me so much time. I also love the employee do-it-yourself features for tax forms and direct deposit. TIME SAVERS.
Nachteile:
The Time Off Manager system has given us a lot of problems. It is inflexible - so for employers who are striving to give their employees a flexible schedule and work-life balance it is not great. We have had to discontinue the use of the request time off feature because it was throwing our PTO balances off.

Kommentare: I have used it for a couple of years now. It was far worse at my last job compared to my current job.
Vorteile:
It is a fairly easy system to use and navigate.
Nachteile:
Constant issues. Problem with I9, schedules when it comes to time off being entered for 3rd shift employees, customer service number, etc.
