You even have the ability to edit the message or make notes that aren't in the email but will be recorded with it into Salesforce. At first it didn't even do spell check but now it checks the entire message, which is really annoying for a long thread. My only complaint is that they do not have a Mac OS compatible solution which forced us to look to other products like MailDrop to make up for that. I've called support twice and both times very responsive and solved my issue within the same business day (and they were really user issues, not software issues).
