A simple approach with smart design reduced user error and support calls - a key metric in adoption and utilization. The back-end is flexible allowing us to customize a solution that best met our needs.  Overall it has been an important tool for us to manage our video assets.

> **Nachteile**: Like other software, it can get difficult to get it right.  As an admin, you need to know all the features to make the appropriate configuration settings.  Good news is, if you get it wrong, you can go back in and correct.  Need to take time, understand power of the system to properly install it.
