Vorteile:

Mit FreshBooks konnten wir als klein Team unsere Arbeitsqualität verbessern und beschleunigen. Besonders für Finanz Themen und Rechnungen

Nachteile:

von mir aus als klein Team ist schon sehr gut. Aber passt nicht für ein große Unternehmen. Das sollte noch mehr Tools und Futures haben.

Kommentare: When I think about using Quickbooks or Excel I start to have a panic attack. When I think about using Freshbooks I get a refreshing feeling of a calm, relaxing wind.

Vorteile:

I record my time and expenses and it automates everything else.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints. It just works and seems simple and easy.

The reporting and generating invoice features need some work. The easiest way to generate invoice for billable hours is through the time tracker which is annoying.

Kommentare: I've been using FreshBooks since I started my business over 12 years ago. The support is excellent and it's easy to use. It has cut my accounting time down significantly so I can focus on my business.

Vorteile:

It's convenient and easy to set up and use.

Nachteile:

I wish the connection with Stripe was two ways. It can't pull in my income that comes outside of Freshbooks so I have to manually do it.

Even my overall rating depict that I face zero issues when using FreshBooks.

Nachteile:

It can be tricky to get the full-overview of my clients, since their database it less about instant-access info and more about long-term historical value. Basically, I'd like them to incorporate better CRM features into the invoicing and accounting.

Kommentare: I found the software to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. I am not very computer/tech savvy but I had no problem using it. FreshBooks helps me save a lot of time every day and allows me to do my bookkeeping much more efficiently than I had been previously.

It made creating invoices super easy, quick, and efficient to do. I save so much time using FreshBooks!

Nachteile:

The cost is a little high compared to competitors prices, however, I still prefer to use FreshBooks.

Kommentare: Overall, I love using Freshbooks for time tracking and billing clients. It is easy to use and makes my agency look very professional.

Vorteile:

Freshbooks helps our digital marketing agency keep track of tasks completed for clients and allows us to list those tasks on invoices that can be paid via ACH or Credit Card online by our clients very easily. Freshbooks templates are very professional looking and my clients have a very good experience.

Nachteile:

I wish payments would process to our bank account faster. Sometimes invoices go to spam when sending emails to customers through Fresbhooks messages.

One of the best accounting softwares to have out there on a budget

Kommentare: My overall experience with fresh books is excellent I've never had any issue with the system it works perfectly fine customer service responds right away if you do have any issues I remember I missed a payment and they gave me a call to remind me and even gave me enough time to pay it without canceling my account or not allow me access.

Vorteile:

Fresh books is really easy to use I love the integration of being able to have my invoices paid having the instant liks and much much more This is just a great software all around to manage your business.

Nachteile:

I wish it integrated more with other softwares like high level and other CRM softwares but hopefully they'll add this in the future other than that everything else is great.

It provides us with a safe space to work on our financial data without putting them at risks. FreshBooks help us to monitor our cash flow which has allowed us to understand how funds move in and our of the business. Its expenses tracking tools help us ensure no expenditures beyond our budgets.

FreshBooks has an inbuilt invoicing tool that help us create professional invoices with ease. It also offers expenses management functions that make it easy for us to track and manage our expenses. FreshBooks security tools has been so efficient at keeping our financial data safe and private.

Nachteile:

Much to our delight, we have not find anything not likeable in FreshBooks.

Kommentare: This is a great application and software as well. I don’t have any bad comments about it. It is so nice and it is worth the price.

I love it. I love how it works smoothly. It is very useful on my everyday work life. I use it in the morning in the afternoon and in the evening it is part of my every day. Use love how this system works. The software is fast.

Nachteile:

Nothing everything is OK for me. I find it really good. I hope you also find it perfect for you. It was a very good software.

Very easy to add, remove, or edit information and with the connection to multiple other platforms & apps I highly recommend this.

Nachteile:

Setup was hard for one of the other employees who did not have any computer knowledge.

It is extremely easy to create clients accounts,records review,edit time entries and also generate invoices.Additionally the timer and the expenses in the project menu are just incredible I love how all the features work together to save us so much time.

Nachteile:

I wish it were easier to keep things accurate ie within expenses being able to sub categorize expense accounts,instead of having to create journal entries.
