Task-Management. Die Darstellung der Aufgabenpakete innerhalb eines Projektes ist super. Man hat stehts einen Überblick darüber, was zu tun ist. Zusätzlich können alle Arten von Dateien hinterlegt werden.
Für Mitarbeiter, die das Tool nur selten verwenden, kann es aufgrund der vielen Funktionen zu komplex sein. Ich empfehle, Monday nur zu beschaffen, wenn täglich damit gearbeitet wird.

Super Tool für CRM und Projektmanagement
Ich finde an Monday besonders gut, dass man nahezu alles nach seinen Vorstellungen automatisieren, integrieren und anpassen kann. Es ist eigentlich das beste allround Project Management Tool.
Die Funktion der Monday Docs ist noch etwas holprig.

Preislich finde ich top, also so solche software mit richtig viele Funktionen und Futures ist top. Außerdem es gibt noch eine kostenlose Version, und damit kann auch viele Sachen erledigen aber bestimmt kann man nicht auf alle Funktionen zugreifen.
Die bearbeitung von Dokumente war bei mir nicht wie erwartet und zu zweite wäre noch besser für die Leute, die nicht Englisch sprechen können.

Besonders gut gefällt uns die einfache Verteilung von Aufgaben sowie die Möglichkeit per Updates auch Dateien in Korrekturschleifen zu geben.
Leider ist die Software bei vielen Nutzern schnell etwas unübersichtlich, gerade was die Dringlichkeit der Aufgaben bzw. die zeitliche Aufteilung angeht.

In my experience Monday.com has been one of the best productivity and project management software I have used, it is very good for managing and tracking the progress of multiple projects, especially those with deadlines as it provides real-time information on the workload of each member, identifyng who needs help and who can offer it. The ease with which you can track team performance and profit streamlines the entire workflow. Of the points that I can highlight is its interface, its design is minimalist, the well crafted colors, its intuitive menus make it a pleasant platform for the user.
While Monday.com offers effective project management and team collaboration features, the platform does come with its challenges. The initial setup can be awkward and time consuming, requiring research to customize it to your needs. Also, the automation features are somewhat limited, requiring workarounds for tasks that should be straightforward. From my point of view it lacks a better integration with artificial intelligence.

Kommentare: We have used Monday.com to give our remote workers a "homebase" for projects, tasks, client specific communication, creative editing, and overall deliverable manangement.
The best feature Monday offers us is the ability to monitor progress on projects that require more than one team member.
There isn't enough templates built out for Social Media management and there isn't integrations that matter in the Social Media management industry.

Monday is Pretty, But Disappointing
Kommentare: I have had a pretty mediocre experience with Monday.com. If you are not a project manager or are only managing the most simple of projects with minimal tasks associated, then it may work for you. But for a seasoned project manager, it will leave you frustrated.
What I credit Monday with the most is it’s ease of use and attractiveness. If you’re not much a project manager or are easily intimidated by some of the more robust project management tools out there, you will find Monday to be very inviting and user friendly. Large icons, pretty colors, and drag-and-drop functionality.
Monday does not allow you to turn off “weekends” in your duration calculations when it calculates due dates for individual boards. It’s either turned on for everyone, or turned off for everyone. That means that if you have teams who work weekends and others who don’t, one team type will have to adjust to these strange calculations.

Monday works wonders for project management in manufacturing
Kommentare: I'm very happy with the boost Monday's given us in managing our projects. We first bought it to set up shared boards for our projects, but very quickly expanded our use into shared documents, forms, notes, and more. I definitely recommend it if you need one source of truth for project management.
I like the sandbox environment it creates to boost collaboration. We have shared boards to monitor everyone's tasks, shared documents, forms, etc. When you need a new type of document or collaborative environment, chances are, Monday will already have it.
It's hard to start using it confidently in the beginning. I was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning by all the different modules available. It might be a bit frustrating to onboard to it if you can't spare a lot of time to learn it in the beginning

Kommentare: As opposed to relying on Google Drive, which may get cluttered and difficult to navigate in search of certain files, we can now keep track of everything in one central location thanks to Monday.com. There was no way to record progress on a project, what had been done, work in progress, notes on strategy, etc. The most crucial information is tracked via a bespoke CRM board, a project management board, an administrative employee board, and a meeting board.
The ability to have everything be kept in its own folder while still being easily accessible is one of Monday's best features. Among my favorite features are the ability to tag colleagues, initiate status updates, set priorities, connect to external applications, and design custom documents and templates. The inclusion of a search box is really helpful for locating content more quickly. This is fantastic since it can be used for everything from individual task management to group task allocation and project management to customer relationship management. We can get everything we need in one convenient location.
So many options exist, and I haven't even scratched the surface! A brief tutorial or "onboarding" process before we start using the software would be very appreciated.
Monday.com is great for sharing projects in real time

This helps us organize our many clients' requirements and initiatives so that we may better serve them. We also find it useful for internal communication; we can simply add a tag to the name of the person we want to contact.
I really appreciate how straightforward and simple it is to use. They regularly update the site with new features and advice on how to make the most of those features. The speed and quality of their assistance to customers is unparalleled. Our organization couldn't function on a daily basis without Monday.com.
At the time, I can't think of anything I despise. Although I have been using it for a while, I continue to learn new ways in which it might benefit our business. So much is available there. In the best possible manner, it is overpowering.

Documentation, team training, and even long-term account management are just some of the many uses for Monday. Keeping data for several teams/divisions distinct and easily accessible is a breeze. It's remarkable how much this software can accomplish.
Almost nothing. Columns can only record so much information in a given table. Given Monday's lack of Call/Text/Email functionality, I wouldn't use it in place of a dedicated CRM for making and receiving calls, but it would be useful as an adjunct to one.

Kommentare: It's a dream to use, even with my neurospicy brain. I am very chaotic and highly organized, depending on the day, time of day, or the socks I am wearing, and Monday can support me at my best and my worst.
I was always using Google Sheets to track projects, but they would go on and on and on, and include mutliple tabs and pull data from here and there and... it was a bit exhausting. Monday imports these sheets, and turns them into clearly defined, but almost endlessly customizable boards.
The templates are a bit too needlessly complicated for me. But it's actually useful if you want to use it for different things than I do. I discard my boards after a while, when they are too full, and I don't like to archive or administrate everything.

Kommentare: Monday.com has allowed me to streamline my daily and weekly team stand-ups and to track project completion in real time. I've also been able to leverage the tool for collaboration and project management with individuals outside my company which is a useful feature of monday.com.
Monday.com has a simple user interface that allows my geographically diverse team with varying comfort levels with technology to collaborate projects and track progress and project completion.
There is limited reporting functionality available within Monday.com. This is not necessarily an issue for my use case, but it may be an issue for some and it would be beneficial for the software to provide broader reporting options.

The best PM software for those who like simple complexity
Kommentare: It is very pleasant, convenient, user-friendly and fun! I can’t imagine life without it honestly, but I would most certainly take advantage of the onboarding with the stuff, so they can help you set up your platform to get the most benefit from it, otherwise you may spiral into the customization black hole.
The features for task management and project planning are my absolute favorite features about Monday.com. The simplicity of the design and UX are astounding, but don’t be fooled. This software packs a powerful punch, and has the ability to be customized to fit any business structure, any project management style, and any communication style
The customization options of the entire platform can be very overwhelming. I found myself, my team, and even clients experimenting with the options entirely too much, which eventually led me to lock the templates we were using. It did lead some people down a rabbit hole, which caused delays in work. We also had a very lengthy onboarding process due to the endless options for customization.

Ease of use, pre-created templates for quick deployment, real-time collaboration, complete multiple project management and workflow tool, from request forms and interactive creative brief documents, live SOW, approval and proof reviews, and workload management, real-time team collaboration, exploration and concepting tools like whiteboards and file sharing, and integration with DAMS and file storage tools.
Most of the integrations require subscription payments to a third party and the functionality was problematic.

The design. Monday makes assigning tasks for projects simple. The way the platform is setup is great, modern and easy to navigate for all.
The integration with Hubspot (the crm we use) could be more streamlined but overall it still accomplishes our main wants and needs

A must have for non-profits
Kommentare: My experience is excellent, the ability to assign tasks, track and monitor peoples work and see where bottle necks or delays are occurring is one of the best features I have found so far.
This software is indispensable in this new world of remote and hybrid working. Monday.com has fully replaced our grant management system we have before and the functionalities make it much more user friendly, able to coordinate tasks and proposals so much more effectively. We have also set it up so it tracks the progress and deadlines of our grant-reporting requirements as well which was an area of particular weakness for my organisation before we switched over to this new platform.
It took quite a number of weeks for our non-profit status to be approved so I could get the wider team added to the platform- however the fact that it is completely free means I can not moan too much!
