Besonders beeindruckend finde ich die umfassende Keyword-Recherche, die es ermöglicht, relevante und profitable Keywords schnell zu identifizieren. Die Wettbewerbsanalyse ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt, da sie tiefe Einblicke in die Strategien der Mitbewerber bietet. Das Tool liefert detaillierte Berichte über Backlinks und hilft dabei, die eigene SEO-Strategie gezielt zu verbessern.

Nachteile:

Der Preis kann für kleinere Unternehmen oder Einzelpersonen, die gerade erst anfangen, abschreckend sein. Zudem sind einige der fortschrittlicheren Funktionen in den höheren Preisstufen versteckt, was bedeutet, dass man mehr zahlen muss, um vollen Zugang zu allen Features zu erhalten.

Ich nutze Semrush hauptsächlich für Keyword-Recherchen. Dafür eignet sich das Tool hervorragend. So kann ich Content gezielter erstellen und erziele eine bessere Traffic Performance.

Nachteile:

Relative hohe monatliche Kosten und teilweise intransparente Daten beim Rank-Monitoring und -Tracking.

Kreditkartensperrung wegen Semrush

Kommentare: Ich hatte am [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] ein Probeabo bei Semrush gebucht. Trotzdem wurde mir bereits am [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] der Betrag von ca. 250$ über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht. Heute erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass meine Kreditkarte am [sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet] gesperrt wurde.
Der Grund war die Belastung meiner Karte durch Ihre Firma Semrush! Anscheinend ist der Kreditkartenbank Semrush bereits als unseriöses Unternehmen bekannt. Meine Kreditkarte ist seitdem ungültig. Es erschien mir schon recht fragwürdig, dass 4 Tage nach meinem Probeabo Geld von meinem Konto eingezogen wurde. Die Probezeit sollte mindestens 1 Woche dauern. Ich fordere Semrush auf, umgehend den Betrag von 249,99 $ auf mein Konto zurückzuüberweisen. Es ist nicht erforderlich, hierfür eine Wartezeit von 30 Tagen verstreichen zu lassen (wie Semrush es angekündigt hat). Um rechtliche Schritte gegen Semrush zurückzuhalten, erwarte ich unverzüglich eine Stellungnahme zum Sachverhalt.

One-stop shop tool for your SEO needs

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with SEMRush has been good. It's almost like a one-stop shop for everything SEO.

Vorteile:

SEMrush has proven to be very effective in shaping my team’s content and ad strategies. I also really appreciate the Competitors Discovery feature, which reveals the SEO approaches of similar organizations—perfect for identifying new players in the market.

Nachteile:

It works well overall..I only wish that the customer service had more SEO experts on board. They do a great job at describing current features but not so much on consulting on SEO best practices.

Might not be the best fit for copywriters

Kommentare: A worthy investment for all kind of SEOs, you get what you pay for and the features it offers will make many processes easier for you.

Vorteile:

The fact that it has many useful features that its competitors do not offer (or do offer, but not quite the same with the helpfulness). These include the on-page SEO checker, log file analyzer, backlink analytics (especially the toxicity score of harmful links targeting your domain on this one is unique and helpful), backlink gap and the map rank tracker for Local SEO. Makes the life of an SEO so much easier when compared to similar tools.

Nachteile:

The only downside of Semrush is its pricing. Especially if you are a freelance SEO like me. It is worth the investment but I think it may offer some discounts for one-person companies.

The keyword discovery is a must. You can study your competitors rankings and spot new oportunities. Once you have the ideas, you go to the marketplace searching for writers and your SEO job is half done.

Nachteile:

The tool cannot replace your brain. You need to add something special to your site, and the tool does not spot the "wow" factor on any site. But this is not its fault, just people that only work "filling the blanks" will have a 100% score and still no ranking

One of the coolest, but... expensive!

Vorteile:

SEMRush is the one of the coolest SEO analytics software. It can compare, predicts how many people will search on the keywords that I want to put.

Nachteile:

Whenever I tried to use the new tools or services in SEMRush, they ask me to pay it. Most of their services are subscription based, you need to be caution before you use the service. It end up being a lot.

Keyword Research 2. Tracking keyword position status 3. Backlinks overview for websites 4. Auditing websites technical SEO issues 5. Doing competitor analysis for SaaS and other businesses

Nachteile:

It can be costly for some users. I don't see any other cons about it.

As a great (SEO) tool, Semrush help businesses to fine the best keywords, on-page SEO, building links to get better rank in Google. The most important feathers of this is keyword research. From high volume to mid volume keyword, you can relay on this tool. I like it most.

Nachteile:

I think its free plan is very limited. My earnest request is, please make it more affordable to us. Over-all it is far the best SEO tool despite its high price.

I don't think there is anything to mention here because I don't face any issues till now.

Excellent functionality, questionable accuracy.

Kommentare: I demoed the tool and advised whether it should be adopted by my team (it was adopted in the end.) I found the tool both thorough and easy to use in terms of competitive intelligence and keyword tracking, but found significant issues with its accuracy in reporting investment figures. It did an inconsistent job of reporting competitive spend data but was more than competent at just about everything else.

Vorteile:

Excellent at tracking keywords and competitive SEM activity at a high level. If you want to know the when and where of competitors' activity on search and digital SEMrush is easy to recommend. Very easy to use while being thorough at the same time.

Nachteile:

My only complaint was the poor accuracy of the competitive data. We ran some internal studies and found that the tool, while excellent at tracking keywords and the when and where of competitors' activity on search and digital, its accuracy was all over the place in terms of the actual dollars spent. If you aren't looking for hard $$ of *how much* your competitors are investing in search, this is still a good tool in terms of general keyword tracking, site tracking, and high level competitive intelligence. But the $$ tracking simply wasn't consistent on my end.
