The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.
I don't like that i can't go put in unavailable the employee can only do that.

I can better visualize the work
Kommentare: It improved performance and internal communication with the entire team by keeping a work order and precise control of the hours worked
Vorteile:
Connecteam helps me validate the work that each employee does without having to be next to that person, we can communicate as a more united team in the work chat and be able to keep an improved order of the tasks that are pending to be done. This software helps me maintain a perfect order and a production with better results.
Nachteile:
Its multiple functions can be a little confusing at the beginning of learning how to use the platform, but it is something that with time you can learn the correct use

One Stop Shop

Vorteile:
If you are looking for a platform that can be your one stop shop for your employees, Connecteams seems to be the best application. From easy chats and updates to scheduling and time clock, and to top it off knowledge bases and courses. The platform is constantly upgrading and listening to their customers feedback, making it more accessible. The platform has been easy to pick up by all staff, young and old.
Nachteile:
My only complaint about Connecteams is the issue of inconsistent notifications for when forms have been submitted or approved.

Connecteam is working pretty good!

I like the ease of one click to log on, I used it every day all day so I am pretty aware of it's function and features offered. I do with I could unclick when I go to log out and and decided to do one more thing..... you can not back out of your log off! That is annoying.
Nachteile:
Finding the "role" you need to log in as can be annoying. I want to use a role I pick every day but i listed my role way down the list instead of under frequently used list.

Thanks for your feedback! You have mentioned a couple of things that we'd like to address: 1) Can't go back to your shift once you've clocked out: Sure you can! Just go to your timesheets and edit the shift, it's as simple as that! You can do it from any device :) 2) If you have many jobs listed for you but don't use all of them, simply unqualify yourself from them: Log in to your dashboard and ensure you and your team are only assigned to jobs relevant to each of you. It's very easy to do and will downsize the list of jobs you see when you clock in. By the way, you can even use Geofence to control the jobs shown in each location. Give it a go! Connecteam streamlines your time tracking, and keeps your team connected!
Kommentare: Overall we are very happy to be using Connecteam and our staff all agree it has made things much easier. From time tracking, to job briefings, milage reports, and gathering documents, there is nothing you cant do on Connecteam!

Connecteam's time tracking is amazing! To be able to select from multiple jobs and sub-jobs, add notes, and even attachments such as milage, meals, hotels etc, it keeps our time tracking streamlined and simple. This helps our accounting department to be able to invoice for the exact amount of time spent at each clients facility, and gives a large overview of exactly where and what our staff was doing.
Nachteile:
Occasionally the app crashes, and it makes it difficult for our staff to sign in/out for the day. It is rare, but when it does happen, it causes a disturbance.

Little Police Department gets a Big help
Kommentare: The initial implementation was rocky, but as we used it and learned what it was capable of and what features were being added it has become an invaluable tool we use every day.
Vorteile:
Connecteam was easy to set up and deploy. The changes and improvements that came over the last year and a half or so were timely and (with 1 exception that was only an issue for about a month) improved the value of the program greatly.
Nachteile:
There is a bit of a learning curve for people who are not used to using an app for scheduling ( I still have officers calling me to make changes on the schedule they have permission to do). There are some training videos now, but initially it was a "learn as you go" program. I still don't know all the uses that the features we pay for can do.

A gamechanger for me as a General Manager
Kommentare: Connecteam has helped with managing our employee work time and scheduling tremendously. I have slowly implemented more and more features to benefit our company as a whole and I have been extremely happy with what I have implemented so far. The customer service has always been outstanding!!! Any time I have a question, they have been ready and willing to help me to the best of their ability. I am never disappointed in their service. Even if my question is not answered exactly as I had hoped, they have always offered solutions. Customer service with Connecteam is TOP NOTCH!
Vorteile:
Connecteam is helped my company handle employee timesheets. We previously did timesheets by hand and there were multiple human errors. It was very time-consuming for me. Connecteam has significantly increased our efficiency and improved my ability to prioritize other responsibilites. Implementing the application was a challenge only because our staff was resisting the change. Once they understood the ease, we were able to implement easily.
Nachteile:
There have been some small features that I have desired in my use of this platform, but nothing major. A little more customization with the scheduling would be nice. I have had to find work-arounds to fit our business - but it has worked out. I would like to be able to create a pdf of a schedule before it is published. Again, I have found alternatives to make it work.

Kommentare: Very easy to use and set-up. Employees use this platform more than they used CrewApp.

I'm able to send the schedule, allow team members to request time off, and clock in with 1 app. We can also stay in touch with announcements from home or the pool deck.
Nachteile:
The documents and knowledge base area is a little tricky to set-up, but it's super powerful. Once I learned it, it's amazing.

I Absolutely love Connecteam
Kommentare: I love Connecteam and their Customer support is fantastic. I brag about them to all my friends and clients. They can't beleive how easy my office runs with this app. I have referred three other people (companies) to connecteam, one of which has already signed up and the other two are busy looking into it at present.
Vorteile:
It has made my life so much easier. I use the forms feature, times clock and quick tasks. Just love everything about this app. Love the feature of the geo-fence which prohibits personnel from clocking in until they are on site. Saved me alot on overbooked hours. I love the quick tasks that runs my office much smoother than the old fashioned diary.
Nachteile:
If I must be honest, the only thing that sometimes is irritating is that I am on advanced plan and can use most features, but some features are limited. I can use them but not to their full capacity. I would suggest that if your package allows for eg quick tasks that it allows the full function of quick tasks and not limited use. I have made a suggestion today to the lady that helped me from Connecteam to make it so the person I am assigning a task to cannot delete that task without my approval.

Accessibility and interface are excellent.This app makes admin side of keeping track of staff hours the easiest I've seen.It is particularly helpful when it comes to employees that work in multiple places/
Nachteile:
Getting staff used to a new clock in system will always be difficult. Some features I think can be improved on (i.e. accepting multiple shifts at a time in job scheduler, easier schedule making in app)

Connecteam six months in
Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been amazing. It has been a long journey, and we are still looking at rolling out some features to our teams. It has been challenging but anytime we have had an issue, the team on live chat has been outstanding and never failed to find a solution for us.
Vorteile:
Absolutely fantastic customer support in the live chat function. They never fail to find me a solution and explain it with pictures and videos (specifically set for my organisation). An amazing resource, available around the clock. The videos and articles in the help section are also very useful. Great layout in the kiosk. Ability to integrate time clock, courses, time off and job scheduling made our transition from paper to digital so easy.
Nachteile:
With three buildings, and various teams within those buildings all on different hours and shift patterns, it has been difficult to find a way to make policies work for us. We have managed this but it has been challenging.

Super user friendly. Has an immense amount of features compared to other software. I love their attention to detail. They have literally thought of everything!!
Nachteile:
I have mentioned to some of the staff that I have employees with different job roles that have different pay rates. There is no feature for me to enter the same employee but with a different job role/pay rate. It is only one job so for that one I am unable to use the software. A real shame. Hopefully this will be added soon.

How easy it is to use as an admin and a user. My remote staff can use it without issues. Also the forms! this is critical for our business.
Nachteile:
That It costs a lot of extra money per month for different features. I would love to be able to attach media to my updates sometimes. But it is not worth the price for us to have that feature.

Vorteile:
Connecteams geolocation feature, their timeclock, and employee management system are superb, easy to use, and configure. While task management and the calendar are a little cumbersome, I believe with additional time, money, and contracts they'll be the best in the business if they aren't already.

Calendar, task management, and workflow could all use a bit of work. They feel barebones and difficult
