It doesn't sync very clean. Also I don't like that a Company name shows "No Client" because there is no first or last name in the account lines. This program also has a simple yet effective integration with QuickBooks that helps us view customer balances directly at their profile page vs having to flip back to another program just to view credits/outstanding payments. > > **Nachteile**: Integrating this software with our current business processes was very simple, but there may be room for improvement for client communication options along with a simplified remote payment system. The high level of customer service provided by ThermoGRID outshines all others. Representatives are always available and answer our questions very quickly and accurately no matter what.
