Its easy to setup and configure to your specific needs and the possibilty to create your own selections/filters is very powerful. The fact that all configuration can be done by yourself makes it cost effective and shortens lead times. It's fast and easy to create, plan and report jobs in the system. Good functionality to upload images to jobs, assets,persons and items and also create navigation to assets in the images. The search functionality is outstanding with dynamic result filtering. Ok you may not get all the bells and whistles that you would from the larger systems but you also don't get the massive costs and the difficulty managing them and there is no need to be a SQL guru to get what you need to and from the system.
