Kommentare: First requirement was to link the accounting and manufacturing data and processes. With needed customizations, this requirement is being met.

Vorteile: Odoo opensource software provides the basic ERP software needs for a reasonable cost. As with any ERP software, there are customizations needed to meet the specific needs of our business. AlloyERP's branch of the Odoo code, knowledge of Full Stack Development, and understanding of Manufacturing and Accounting principles provide a unique ability to fit the software needs and requirements of our business.

Nachteile: Odoo software at the database level is very difficult to work with. As is expected with any software, there is a learning curve with Odoo at the User Interface and development levels. Odoo documentation for latest release is lacking.

Kommentare: Streamline daily operations and sales as well as insight into the company as a whole.

Vorteile: I love that it's all inclusive. We don't need to make 5 different systems talk to each other. Also, it's one single bill. We are not managing 5 different vendors and licensing structures. Out of the box it did about 95% of what we needed and we were able to get up and running almost immediately. This allowed us to have more budget to get the last 5% exactly how we wanted it. The system is completely customizable.

Nachteile: The learning curve for such a complete software package is pretty steep. Once you understand the processes, however, it's pretty straightforward.

Kommentare: A system that ties in with our production/manufacturing plant. All systems working together from order placement to production, packaging, inventory, shipping, and all aspects of accounting.

Vorteile: User friendly...easy to teach employees how to use the program. I like the duplicate invoice function for repeat shipments that we send. The reporting functions are much better than our previous accounting program and can be customized for our needs. When we create a report we like, we can save it as a favorite to be used again and available for others to also use.

Nachteile: Titles at the top of the page do not freeze. When you scroll to the bottom of the page the titles disappear.

Vorteile: Ease of customization to fit our needs. Easy to access across multiple devises and from anywhere.

Nachteile: Adapting to high growth rate of development and version release. Community versions develops with different features from enterprise versions.

Vorteile: It has streamlined our entire process instead of using several different softwares or systems for each.

Nachteile: Haven't actually picked something yet. Since it is open source we can really just about create solutions whenever needed

Vorteile: Large community of users with basic support tutorials available.

Nachteile: Foundations based on European standards. Can sometimes get confusing trying to interpret. The Odoo website can be difficult to navigate.

Kommentare: It is customizable and easy for a user to understand and adapt it to his or her liking.

Vorteile: It works! They will build it so you have what you want and need not what they think you need and want.

Vorteile: The duplicate function has been one of my favorite functions. I use this all day as I enter. The ease of the software and learning process have been wonderful.

Vorteile: The software right out of the gate performs most of what we needed for our operations and accounting, and also allowed for custom modules to assist where the original programs did not fit.

Vorteile: Great ability to track the many parts that we have in our system along with the manufacturing orders.
