Upon reviewing the translations, we discovered that two of the languages had significantly different text compared to the original survey and also had contradictory meanings. When we contacted the sales representative at GoTranscript to request an improvement to the translations, she informed us that the translators they work with are unwilling to make any changes. Despite our concerns and the lack of acceptable translations, the sales representative refused to issue a refund.
