Kommentare: The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Vorteile:

Bug identification and creation have never been simpler. Its unique way to describe and categorize the issue at hand is well sorted and makes for a clean and understandable user experience.

Nachteile:

There might be issues that are created and assigned by parts and during bug/defect identification and creation, assigning these bugs should have an option to assign multiple members instead of single-member.

Backlog Review

Kommentare: My experience so far is good. I Appreciate the system.
Backlog is useful and it can really help to simplify the process within the organization and can monitor the task which is very essential in the organiztation.

Vorteile:

Team collaboration. It really helps with managing task within the organization and very useful because most of the team is working from home, we just need to use the backlog to monitor our progress in different projects.

Nachteile:

Maybe can try improving some layouts. The ticketing feature in Backlog is needs to be enhance. Also, need to register all members so that they can send an email for support and etc.

Backlog need to be changed and improved

Kommentare: Sorry but the truth is inconvenience for me. I hope Backlog can do more for me and my project.
I can't have the statistics I want at Home, I can't see overall my project ...
I Hope Backlog can be developed and help us more in the future.

Vorteile:

The color of issue can be changed, I can customize the characteristics of issue for each project.

Nachteile:

when I filter all issue of project , it shows parents issue and sub-issue. If I click on the arrow, which is head of parent issue, Backlog shows all of sub-issue of that parent issue, which are showed before. So many issues are showed twice. It can make me confused. I think Backlog shoud list parent issue and issue has no parent issue. About issue has parent issue, you can hide and when user click on the arrow, it can be showed. Thank you

Best project management website.

Kommentare: I will describe it in just one word - amazing!!

Vorteile:

It's ui and ux interface. The website is so simple and easy to understand. It didn't even took me 2mins to understand the working of the website. I always use it whenever I manage any project. It is the best website.

Nachteile:

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike about this website as i said I am using it ig for a year now. Never gave me any reason to mad about or get frustrated. Totally the best website.

Vorteile:

status changes mail and filtering option was user friendly

Nachteile:

Attachemnet upload actually i can able upload only one attachement for one issue

A Decent product for progect management

Kommentare: It is good to use this product for project management.

Vorteile:

I like the Save as filter feature which is pretty easy get details quickly.

Nachteile:

Dashboard UI is not that great and Recent Updates doesn't have any date filter and because of that I need to scroll too much.

Kommentare: I love backlog - it provides a single location for me to gather all my tasks, thoughts, files, and more. It helps me keep up with the ever growing client demands that come in each day.

Vorteile:

Backlog really keeps my work on track. I can easily enter, edit, and share my to do lists so that my whole team can coordinate together!

Nachteile:

I like the app itself, but there were some barriers to adoption. I think this was more of a company specific / people specific con though.

It is very useful in making group project.everything we update on backlog and there is no confusion . Helpful in prioritized the task that need to be completed for project

For now there’s is no features missing. Actually I haven’t use backlog for long but it’s okay with my little experience with backlog and I can highly recommend it worth spending time and money.

Helps prioritize tasks, keeps your to-do list up-to-date, helps you focus on deadlines and it's very flexible.

Nachteile:

It restricts storage for files with large sizes and it's always too long for larger projects making tasks become lost.

Kommentare: Project management for media.It's a perfect tool though takes a little time to get familiarized with it.

Vorteile:

Work flow. It is not only on the system but easily translated into action.

Nachteile:

The report feature. I feel it is not so needed.

It was very easy to use tool. Didn't face any issue at all.

Nachteile:

On adding a comment on the Backlog ticket even the user changing the ticket should get an email. Not a big issue though.

The most used tool i used in backlog is task management tool, and it is good at eery aspect.

the least liked feature about backlog for me is that, sometimes i find difficult ot find certain features.

Great project tracking solution for our team

Vorteile:

Intuitive interface for assessing action items, assigning tasks and communicating between teams. It's easy for our small team to check in and see what needs tackling and who's handling what. For our software product, Backlog is essential for quickly responding to client/customer issues and keeping track of how responses are moving. Backlog helps us track progress from granular updates to larger-scale program reworking. The ability to integrate with Slack is also super helpful.

Nachteile:

Would be cool if there were a better way to include media (screenshots, images etc) and assign tasks to multiple people. A more built out help hub would also be helpful for getting the hang of the program when first implementing it.
