I try to get a hold of our account rep and he doesn't return my calls or emails. I am pleased with Office Ally - no contract and their amazing customer service. There is even a way to schedule training sessions and a representative specifically trained in the area you need help with whether it is ERA's or billing for primary and secondary, etc that technician will come on your screen and show you.
