During a live Q\&A session, I was told this change was being made, and I also received an email confirming that it had been updated. However, more than 24 hours later, the sending limit remained unchanged at roughly 310 emails per day. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and materially impacted campaign timelines. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, a refund was denied. > > My experience changed after onboarding. While the software itself is easy to use, the early-stage sending restrictions did not align with what I understood prior to purchase. Because of this, I switched to Mailchimp, where I was able to send a 30,000-email campaign almost immediately. While incentives are not uncommon, it did raise questions for me about how representative the overall ratings are when reviews are incentivized.
