I installed this software on my personal computer and my computer at home. I can easily access my computer at work from home with a simple click of a button. If my computer is acting up, I can easily give IT access to my computer so they can fix the problem. I no longer have to drive down to the Board of Education to have my device fixed. I can just send an email, and open the software, and our IT department can look into the problem remotely. The software interface is simple. It can easily be figured out within seconds.
