Its no busy and its not empty. Its not too simple or overcomplicated. This allows for new people to join and understand it while at the same time empowering advanced users to really engage with the product. These same properties apply to intranet connections other areas and modules like document libraries, activity updates, adding webpages and customizing them. > > **Nachteile**: employee directory searching is hard because it refreshes when you are typing. We also have an issue whereby we have all of our users on Azure active directory. When they try to login, they are prompted for the wrong credentials using edge. There is an authentication compatibility issues with edge users using azure AD authentication with their windows accounts. We have gotten around this by standardizing on chrome. > > The biggest thing I can say is that you can have non-technical people update your intranet. that is impactful. It requires small training, but it is not hard. Any issue is promptly assigned and worked by a tech, with resolutions typically taking less than a week to be implemented.Another great point is that they do take into consideration user suggestions; many ideas or systems that we have suggested or implemented into our own environment have been adopted into the IC workflow and/or scheduled for future updates.
