I prefer the UI in the platform, but it is a bit glitchy and annoying when you need to edit/move questions around. With there was also a way to export a visually easy-to-read guide for client review as a PDF or word doc. I also wish there were ways to modify the analysis charts in the platform more for cleaner export. I also dislike the voting/verbatim exposure to the respondents. Wish this could be turned off.
