> **Nachteile**: The thing I like the least is the AI customization. It applies, the 'standard business lingo' if you will, and it doesn't really serve a purpose for our conversations. Our conversations tend to be very organic and genuine whereas the AI prompts want you to focus on specific tasks that aren't applicable as we are in different countries and spectrums of the business.
