The rendering engine is quick and responsive, generally, 3 min videos took about 2 minutes waiting for download. Editing logos or fonts on slides is frustrating as they are limited to one layer per slide. No drag and drop and no copy-paste is possible. The font library is too limited and you cannot upload your own fonts. The music library lacks depth. Software updates are so slow. I was never informed that my trial would automatically convert into a paid annual plan. After discovering the charge, I immediately closed my account. Only then did Biteable respond by saying the charge is non-refundable and pointing to their policy. This policy was never clearly communicated before taking my money. This is not transparent or ethical billing. Charging customers without notice and hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy after the fact feels like a deliberate tactic to take money without consent. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
