ChMeetings - A Genuine Blessing to the Small Church

Kommentare: The benefits to me have been the ability to stay connected with our church congregation during the day pandemic.

Vorteile:

I love that ChMeetings offers so much functionality for free. I cannot say enough about how difficult it has been to find an affordable and practical church management solution. Many others have pricing geared toward bigger churches, but there has been very available to the small church with little (or no) budget. To be able to have this available for free has been a true blessing!

Nachteile:

I really can't complain at all. I'm very happy with it.

Great for church use

Kommentare: Great service, great product, great price.

Vorteile:

The ease of use to enter information. Adding membership dates, so we are mot keeping a separate log

Nachteile:

The updates, although I know they are needed.

Needs to be more User Friendly

Kommentare: It's mostly positive. The things it is lacking are not exactly negatives.

Vorteile:

The low cost for being able to do what we need it to do. It's a little clumsy and takes extra time to figure things out, but since we can't really afford a more expensive app, it's working for now.

Nachteile:

It took time for me to figure out how to navigate the app and often I have to demonstrate to church members how to use it because it's not very intuitive. I would like a message board or chat feature. It would also be nice if members/users could choose upcoming events they would like to be reminded about with a notification or email. I wish there were more inexpensive label printer options compatible with the app. I wish there was a list view that showed both the date and volunteers' names for planning. Being able to print that list/calendar would also be very helpful.

User-friendly and useful application

Kommentare: So far the experience has been very good, we see how they are improving the platform little by little.

Vorteile:

What stands out most about Chmeetings is its user-friendly interface. Navigating the platform is simple and intuitive, making it easy to manage events, communicate with members, and access important information quickly, even for those less tech-savvy.

Nachteile:

One of the main areas for improvement in Chmeetings is the lack of support in Spanish. Providing assistance in this language would make the platform more accessible and user-friendly for Spanish-speaking communities, enhancing overall engagement and effectiveness.

Vorteile:

Ease of use, and setup. The cost is great for all of the uses that come along with it.

Nachteile:

The ablity to attach documents to an event would be nice such as PDF/s

Kommentare: Overall, this is a very good software with mobile application support that helps us in managing our church requirements.

Vorteile:

This software helps us to easily record members' profile, groupings between regulars and not regulars, online forms, and most of all, tracking of weekly Worship attendance via mobile application

Nachteile:

Options for flexibility in reporting. There are reports that I am not able to find.

Kommentare: I am extremely satisfied with features available and look forward to future upgrades—perfect software for churches of any size.

Feature-packed, comprehensive, scalable, and intuitive church software at an incredibly reasonable price.

Nachteile:

The voice messaging feature does not leave a voicemail if a member doesn't answer.

Kommentare: I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.

Vorteile:

The possibilities are endless and affordable. We are a small church; however, booking is essential for any size church. Chmeetings allows us to tap into a system that allows growth and expansion.

Nachteile:

Once the date is selected while keying; at times, it will revert to the present date instead of remaining on the date initially keyed.

This is a very economic church app for small growing churches. Easy to use and install.

It would be nice if the personal branding was included.

Amazing Application

Kommentare: Great application very valuable especially for churches

Vorteile:

- Chmeetings is probably the ONLY software out today in the market that is very specific to church's database management. Any other software would need to be customized to meet the needs and the requirements- Ease of use - we were up and running with over 1000 members and 150 users in few weeks. The team has thought about everything - Support - [sensitive content hidden] and the team are very responsive and available to help and guide you through every step of the application and find way to get your requirements accomplished- Mobile App is amazing - it's the interface to everything we do and the Church's servants and priests use the app daily

Nachteile:

- APIs- I started looking at APIs and I wasn't able to figure it out as easy as the rest of the application. Would love the ability to connect the data generated from Sunday School events and database into Power BI

Going from Good to Exceptional

Kommentare: This software is uncomplicated and easy to use. We particularly like the Follow-Up feature. ChMeetings has most of the essential features we need and none of the features we don't need. Their customer support team is wonderful. They have worked very hard to add features that are important for managing our membership of almost 3,000 households across two community organizations. Many of our households have minimal computer skills, so having a viewer-friendly interface is very important. Unlike some organizations, it is important for us to show that the focus is on caring for people. We don't sell products or try to raise significant amounts of money.

Vorteile:

Customer Support! ChMeetings has a very responsive support and development team. The features that they didn't have were due to be released within 3 months and were actually introduced one month ahead of schedule. And at the same time, when I emailed them about an idea that would make our management of 3,000 households easier and they made the more that one of the changes in less than 24 hours. As for features they are currently working on, they keep me updated on their progress. I feel like they are my personal software development company.

Nachteile:

Since one of our organizations is less than a month old, I am still working out the operational structure of the organization in general. That said, tutorial videos for ChMeetings might have provided some of the instructions that would have made my understanding of the software easier. ChMeetings is currently creating tutorial videos which should be available this summer.

Best in class

Kommentare: It's been fantastic. Our church is growing with over 800 people and a tool such as this has come at the right time. An app that manages the church groups, people, donations and a user platform for news, membership and information.

Vorteile:

Ease of customisation and integration. Caters for church management and for end users. Agile development with features and quick release cycles. Amazing team supporting the application.

Nachteile:

Early bugs were fixed with updates and patches. Amazing app, with a great development and support team to fix any issues that may arise.

Vorteile:

I love that I can hop right into CHMeetings not knowing much about it and still be able to navigate it successfully.

Nachteile:

I haven't been in it too long to have any major dislikes. The only complaint I would have is it's not as easy to get to the texts. I have to click multiple things to be able to get to what I'm needing.

Vorteile:

The management of pledges and online donations and the ease of generating year-end or periodic donor statements works beautifully.The calendar of events and the ability to add details, including an map to our location, registration forms, Zoom links, and a virtual collection plate.The digital directory that connects our community.

Nachteile:

Every time we suggested ways to improve things, they were improved to our satisfaction.

An Incredible Invention

To be honest, we like all the options we have so far used. This app helps in every way and is especially useful in a small congregation where there is limited staff members. We are happy to have discovered ChMeeting app. we love it immensely. God bless the team, who always respond promptly to any questions or concerns that we may have.!

Best youth management program I have used yet.

Kommentare: As long as it's available I will keep using it, which should say something about how useful I find it.

Vorteile:

For me the best part of Chmeetings is the ease of use. I have tried several youth ministry management programs and they are seem a little convoluted for the average medium sized church. This program does everything I want it to do and I don't have to fight with it to get it done.

Nachteile:

To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.

The UI is extremely functional and the product has a fantastic array of features included in the one price. This is a big benefit for a church plant. The included app makes the production of a church directory very simple and able to suit those with a tech bent and those who prefer a hard copy.The development and customer support teams are extremely responsive to requests, both support and change

Nothing - best product out of those I have tried.

Kommentare: Friendly staff. Our suggestions are considered and at time implemented in the product. Overall cost is inexpensive and easy to use. Cannot wait for future enhancements and features.

Vorteile:

Product is user friendly, and was easy to set up. Knowledge base is very informative. The staff is friendly, pleasant and professional. We mainly communicate with Mary and George, and they are awesome to work with.

Nachteile:

Nothing so far that we have experienced.

Fantastic Product / Top Notch Customer Support

Kommentare: Overall, if you are a small, medium or large church, ChMeetings is the church management tool you've been looking for!

Vorteile:

I like the flexibility of this software. The developers are VERY responsive and they appear to be obsessed (smile) with adding new feature. Their customer service is very patient and kind. They are always available to answer questions and their random check-ins is the icing to their support offerings.

Nachteile:

The ability to add users (in bulk) was a feature I liked least but they turned around added that functionality when I needed it most. At this time, I would love the ability for my members to run our forms within the app. I understand this feature is upcoming. I am also looking forward to the ability where the "convenience fee" for donations is automatically calculated and is passed on to the donator. I understand this feature is also upcoming.
