I do use other products from the parent company so having additional workflows and integrations is a bonus.

> **Nachteile**: There is really not a con to the product, in general, If users do not actively participate or take the training seriously, the desired outcomes may not be achieved. Ensuring consistent user engagement and encouraging a security-conscious culture within the organization is crucial for maximizing the benefits of the training.  We cannot force users to take the training.

> **Nachteile**: There is no remedation training to show what users missed and why.  Also,  as an aminstratror I can not see details of each users training.  I can only see who has completed the training and who has not.

> My overall experience with BullPhish ID is good.  I would like to see a remedation piece so that users can see what they missed and why.  Also, I would like to see some trainging geared to students (5-12th) so that we may begin to train them as well.
