We did not receive many candidates. Of the candidates we did receive, none met our basic requirements. The sales pitch led us to believe that Exacthire would find us a candidate within the contract period. We paid upfront based on that sales pitch. We were misled almost to the point that this feels like we were swindled. With other recruiters, we do not pay until we hire a candidate. We also have a guarantee that the candidate will last for 90 days. We agreed to pay Exacthire upfront and waive the 90-day requirement.
