Payhawk makes simple what before was a headache

Kommentare: My experience with Payhawk is very good, before I was using other softwares like Captio which were not working very well and the Artificial Intelligence failed a lot. With Payhawk is different, the ticket reading is simple and fast and the creation of reports and expenses is almost on live. I have a 200 EUR prepaid card which is always ready just for some regular shopping on stores or even Amazon which is very fast for the business.

Vorteile:

No more ticketing control, no more saving papers that you can lose. Just take pictures of the tickets while travelling or buying some stuff for work and that's all. The AI will read all data and will introduce all numbers and dates into the app to make the automatic report. For my company, I have 200 EUR prepaid card just for regular shopping or when one day travelling so it's very convenient.

Nachteile:

There are no much cons actually, everything is quite visual and easy to follow. You need a short training at the beginning to understand all features but the rest is smooth.

Vorteile:

The customer support team is always prompt and efficient in answering any queries or concerns we may have. The integration with Xero is seamless and works very quickly. It saves a lot of time and effort when it comes to managing our finances and processing our month end. Payhawk also encourages employees to submit their receipts, saving us time from chasing them. Throughout our experience, we have not come across any problems or issues when it comes to making payments through Payhawk. The entire process has been smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to easily settle invoices and manage our finances efficiently. Overall, our experience with Payhawk has been outstanding and we highly recommend them.

Nachteile:

One important area for improvement for Payhawk is streamlining the approval process for invoices. Currently, the system requires individual approval for each invoice, which can be time-consuming. Implementing a bulk approval feature would be a significant enhancement, allowing users to approve multiple invoices at once and saving them valuable time and effort.

Kommentare: We actually expected more than what we receive, but overall, the service its okey

Vorteile:

I like the facility of having all the paymement an the receipts in one platform, so you Know exatly the cost od the thingh you buy; I like the cashback; It's easy to use and all the employees can uses it

Nachteile:

Cost too much, the integration with our ERP wasn't good; , you need to pay if you want a physical credit card, and Payhawk dont read all the information from the receipt well, so in taht point need to improve

When claiming per diems, if the location is not applied specifically to the city (eg. London) but to a specific address (eg. Tower Bridge, London), the UK generic rate is picked and not the London rate.

Sometimes when there is an update some settings glitch and the invoices are not going through our accounting software

approval management - as we have various employees reviewing and approving sometime skips one of the reviewer. Might be linked to set up issues.

The best expense management system

Kommentare: I think it was the best tool that we have. Is very useful to manage all our monthly purchases, you have it under control, you can define limits, funds and payments very easy. You can also can have the recurrent subscriptions in the same panel, to know the monthly expenses. You can pay invoices, reimburse expenses and use the credit cards.

Vorteile:

The easy use, implement, manage and control. Also, the support team is impressive! how they follow open cases, the fast answers, their knowledge.

Nachteile:

Is a brand new tool, so it's improving their functionalities every day. We started without the Netsuite integration, and now it's working perfectly. We have also the travelperk integration and it's very good. The best is that the product and development team is always connected with your needs and helping a lot in Payhawk grow.

Quick and easy to use payment system

Payment can be made super quick, and easy to navigate. Helpful and responsive customer support

Nachteile:

Payhawk automatically fill in some information based on the invoice uploaded but some information can be wrong for examples dates

Kommentare: Spend Management and invoice collection from employees are the tasks that we have reduced time the most

Vorteile:

Payhawk has helped to reduce times in spend and invoices management as employees directly treat with the platform and all the information is recorded, allowing the financial team to focus on other tasks

Nachteile:

Correction of mistakes, it is quite difficult to make changes once a card is purchased

Payhawk helps to manage company accounts more easily

Kommentare: It is always to easy to use Payhawk and at the same time if you have questions you will always receive pleasant customer support from their team.

Vorteile:

Different virtual bank accounts on Payhawk for each employee. Easy to manage and transfer money.Amazing customer service.

Nachteile:

I would add banks cards summary at the beginning.

Satisfying and easy to use

Vorteile:

I can easily upload all expense papers from everywhere I am. Good control on the expences via the politics section and the requesting funds method.Very useful way of managing all cards, employees access and funds.

Nachteile:

I thing it would be better if all costs marked by the cost owner as reimursable may have an option to be denied by the company without being deleted, so a tracking history remains.

Easy to use & great service

Vorteile:

The software is very easy to use. The service & help provided is amazing.

Nachteile:

Sometimes Payhawk thinks it recognized the right supplier. While I have told it multiple times that the supplier has another name. It doesn't seem to 'learn' this.

Daily user

Vorteile:

It is so easy to set up different levels and processes for different approvals. It is a clean and clear interface that does not require lots of training to understand how it woks- it is intuitive.

Nachteile:

No slack integration. It would also be great to see a confirmation after approving, a little box appears saying 'successful', or 'Great! Sent for secondary approval' rather than the requests in Pending just disappearing into the other tab with no info.

Vorteile:

Immediate access to spending, oversight for management, reduces friction of collecting paperwork.

Nachteile:

The UI of the website can be cumbersome and prone to breaking completely. Customer service can be slow or uncooperative at times.

Incredible tool and outstanding support

Kommentare: Wonderful product, it has saved me loads of time reconciling invoices, chasing receipts and approving payments, it connects with Xero and makes it easier to have our records up to date and in order.

Vorteile:

The product is really useful in everything we do in our finance team, it helps us reconcile expenses quicker and has a really cool app that reminds people when a receipt is missing. Authorising payments is a breeze using the app and when any issue presents the support team is right there to help.

Nachteile:

In the beginning, there were a few things that needed to be adjusted in the way the information was displayed but Payhawk did their best to adjust our requirements and train us to use it and make the best out of the product.

Payhawk Mobile End User

Kommentare: The mobile app is great and the web interface is equally slick.

Vorteile:

I've been exposed to multiple different expense management tools over the years, and Payhawk beats them all. Simple, quick and no excuses for lost receipts or complex management of expenses. Its quick and simple from an end user perspective, which means I can process each expense as soon as it occurs and know that I will get reimbursed.

Nachteile:

Receipt scanning could be a little slicker and automatically crop just the receipt instead of capturing the whole image.
