Kommentare: Unflexibel, langsame und unprofessionell.

Vorteile:

Im Moment wirklich nichts, das Onboarding ist kompliziert, es werden z.B. Vorder- und Rückseite vom AHV Ausweis verlangt obwohl die Rückseite bei allen glecih ist.

Nachteile:

Das es auch wenn es brennt keine Ansprechpartner gibt. Alles dauert ewig, support ist ein Bot der immer nur die gleichen unnützen FAQ anzeigt. Keine Hilfe oder wirklicher Support während dem Onboarding. Ev. ändert sich das noch. Die Antworten und das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter, sogar nach einer Escalationen sind sehr unprofessionell. Es musste eigentlich nur ein bestehender Vertrag über deel neu abgeschlossen werden, leider war deel bis heute nicht in der Lage die Konditionen aus dem bestehenden Vertrag die mehrfach mitgeteilt wurden im Vertrag abzubilden dafür sind wiedersprüchliche Klauseln auch im 3. Versuch immer noch vorhanden.

Vorteile:

One thing I like with deal is it’s ssl security which gives me a peace of mind that both my information and assets are secure. The user interface is easy to navigate and it gives multiple withdrawals options that basically suits anyone anywhere.

Nachteile:

Ver good customer support although there is still room to improve the ETR.

Kommentare: Dues what it says on the tin, sometimes can be a challenging submitting timesheets but it works

Can be a little difficult to navigate and some of the menus are a bit hidden otherwise it works okay

It saves time as I do not have to search for things.

Vorteile:

The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. The customer support is excellent.

It takes a complicated process and breaks it down into (mostly) simple steps. Their live chat support is quick and helpful!

Nachteile:

The bad: We originally signed up for Deel because of our very attentive sales person/account manager, and the fact they had live customer support. After the first month we were reassigned to a new account manager that never responded to multiple emails, and then they discontinued their live tech support and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. You would go through several prompts with an AI bot that was never helpful for my situation. During this time we had a major issue with a payment, and it took hours to get a response. The good: They have since reinstated their live chat support, and all has been great since!

Simplifies International Payment Management

Kommentare: Overall, Deel has made the entire process of receiving my payments much simpler and stress-free.

What I like best about Deel is the simplicity and efficiency with which they manage international payments. I don't have to worry about complicated issues like contracts or tax regulations. Every month I receive my money promptly and in the way I prefer.

Nachteile:

The only thing that could be improved is the variety of integrations with other tools I use in my daily work.

Kommentare: I have only used it for a few weeks, but it has impressed me greatly so far. I love how clean the design is, and it's so easy to navigate pages between invoicing, contracts, etc. I also love that there is a section where you can talk to someone about tax advice!

Vorteile:

I really appreciate their integration with Revolut, as receiving international payments from my US employers can sometimes be so tricky. Things like their banks charging fees, trying to exchange into another currency, or simply taking days to go through can really make the process hard, but with Deel it is so straightforward, and I can cash out straight to my linked Revolut account.

Nachteile:

I think there could be more help explaining sections of contracts to foreign employees. US contracts are very different to the UK ones I am used to signing, especially when related to tax, so a little help understanding what certain jargon means would go a long way.

Most effective platform for managing payments

Kommentare: My experience with deel has been wonderful. I have been using deel for last 2-3 years and I must say that this particular platform is a game changer.

My Honest Review: DEEL

Vorteile:

Deel really helps me with getting paid from clients around the world and dealing with all the legal stuff. They handle the local laws and taxes, so I don't have to stress about that. I can choose how I want to get paid, like through bank transfer or PayPal, and I always get my money on time thanks to their automated payments. Their contracts are straightforward, the pricing is clear with no surprises, and they have 24/7 support if I ever need help. Deel makes my work life a lot simpler, so I can focus on my projects without worrying about payments.

Nachteile:

Customer support can be slow at times, and payments occasionally get delayed. It doesn’t work in all countries or with all currencies, which can be limiting for me. International bank transfers take 3-5 business days to process, which is a big disappointment for me.

My experience using Deel

Kommentare: It has been really amazing. Whenever I had the need for extra money available, Deel allowed me to have a Deel advance and solve my problems immediately.

Vorteile:

The easiness to work with and the chance to have funds available instantly gives you a great satisfaction level.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complains about the service. If anything, I would like Deel to work on countries like Venezuela to give more people opportunities to handle their funds and expand their possibilities to overcome the dictatorship hurdles to manage foreign currency.

Kommentare: Overall I have had a pleasant experience with Deel as a platform for getting paid on a regular long-term basis and short-term basis. There's not much I can say negatively about the platform as I feel it does everything right when it comes to contract work from one country to another, ease of access and how helpful the tools are.

Vorteile:

I've been using Deel for a while now to receive contracts from companies in the US, while I work in the UK and I found its a great platform for contractors. I like how easy and approachable the UI and onboarding is, especially when completing the relevant forms needed to get this moving! Also, I love that Deel has a lot of helpful articles that help from filling in Tax documentation to Calculating Take-home salary. Finally, the tracking for payment is handy to make sure you get paid on time!

Nachteile:

Perhaps further updating the Deel rate calculator to include US to UK rates plus tax deduction would be super helpful when calculating the take-home for a contract.

Additionally, Deel's commissions are much lower compared to alternatives like PayPal, making it a more attractive option for frequent payments. The platform is also very intuitive and easy to use, which simplifies payment management.

Nachteile:

The fees for transfers in local currency could be more competitive. There was also an instance where a payment was delayed for over a week without any compensation, which was a bit frustrating.

Kommentare: So far, things have gone very well with Deel. He has helped us a lot with the administrative part because we do not have a department in charge of managing the team's payroll.

Its ease of use, the exchange rate is very competitive, one can create any method to withdraw money, it has a credit card that allows you to use the balance

Their fees may seem high especially when you take your salary out.
