Kommentare: Wie beschrieben finde ich es gut, dass die Anwendungen/Module ineinandergreifen. Auch das man ein Controlling-Modul hat, um Auswertungen zu machen und einen Prozessdesigner, um individuelle Prozesse zu hinterlegen finde ich klasse. Doch Sage muss unbedingt moderner und anwenderfreundlicher werden.
Würden wir uns nochmals für Sage entscheiden? Vermutlich ja, weil es auf dem Markt außer den zwei großen Anbietern (die erheblich teurer sind) meines Wissens derzeit keine ähnliche Alternative (Payroll, Personalmanagement, Zeiterfassung, Controlling, Bewerbermanagement, etc. zusammen anbietet) gibt. Aber sobald eine weitere Software entwickelt wird (bzw. die kleineren Mittelständler davon erfahren), wird es schwer für Sage.

Vorteile:

Mir gefällt, das wir nicht mit verschiedenen Systemen arbeiten müssen, sondern die Module Zeitmanagement, Personalmanagement mit seinem Bewerbermanagement, Payroll, Controlling von einem Anbieter kommt und somit ineinandergreift.

Nachteile:

Viele Dinge sind einfach Altbacken und die Ladezeiten brauchen lange. Eine moderne Arbeitsoberfläche sieht einfach anders aus. Zum Teil ist die Arbeitsfläche sehr klein, z. B. im Personalmanagement bei der Weiterbildungserfassung oder beim Stellenplan bzw. unter Stellen ist die Arbeitsfläche auf ein 1/4 des Bildschirms beschränkt (bei einem 32-Zoll Bildschirm noch weniger) und dadurch ist alles sehr unübersichtlich. Der Rest des Bildschirms ist quasi leer.

Kommentare: Der Gesamteindruck von Sage HR ist im ganzen eher positiv zu sehen. Die einfache bedienung der Oberflächen in bereichen woe Zeiterfassung,Lohnverrechnung,Personalmanagment und Urlaubsanträgen sind sehr einfach zu bedienen.Der Kundenservice ist sehr gut sowie das Preis/Leistungsngebot zu vergleichbaren Softwareprodukten.Mobile versionen werden angeboten und sind leicht implementierbar und sehr sicher aus sicht des Datenschutzes.ich würde es weiterempfehlen!

Kommentare: Making life easier for clients by streamlining their processes & showing them what is available in Sage that they never knew of before.

Vorteile:

With employees having their own access to payslips, and leave requests it's save me time having to reprint or follow up on whether leave is approved or not as well as easy processing into payroll. It's also easy to follow up if need be as i can quickly view the Org Chart and see who reports to who.

Nachteile:

None, i would like more training on the product though

Vorteile:

Sage HR, an HR management offer solution regarding remote employee tracking, engagement, and management, mirroring the ease of office-based interactions. Being modular it does not confuse user by too many options and users can only have services that they really needed without having "Noise services". Its integrated platform automates tedious HR tasks and provides employees with secure, instant access to necessary information through individual logins.

Nachteile:

Now it has about seven versatile modules, including Core HR, Leave Management, and Recruitment, Sage HR streamlines everything from onboarding to performance evaluation. Features like customizable workflows, comprehensive reports, and an intuitive dashboard empower businesses to manage the workforce efficiently while safeguarding sensitive data. However, having even more modules such as file management could be beneficial for certain teams such as teams of scientists.

Looks great and offer many modules and but the functionality of most of them is very basic.

Kommentare: Certainly cakeHR solves part of the management of my company's talent department, but it is still far from being a suitable software for companies with more than 50 employees.

Changing any software in a large organization is complicated and I believe that CakeHR has a great potential to be exploited, so I still hope that they will listen to the users' suggestions and implement the requested functionalities.

It would be a good thing if they published the roadmap so that we could know how they are going to develop the product.

Vorteile:

The user interface of the web application is nice. It is easy to use by employees for absence requests. The calendar view is very convenient to see at a glance the planned absences. The talent department likes the performance module.

Nachteile:

General: The administration of the system is difficult. It is not prepared for companies with more than 50 employees because any type of grouping has to be done employee by employee, among other thigs. Support: It is disconcerting, sometimes responding quickly and providing some solution, but most of the time, besides responding late, it gives the feeling of unprofessionalism. Interface: Apparently it is nice, but there are some views, such as the user profile management, where they are limited to show in a single column each one of the fields, which makes very uncomfortable the information visualization. Document management: It is extremely basic and not very efficient. It becomes chaotic. Absences: It more or less works well, although as always, with little flexibility, burdening the talent department with avoidable tasks. Expenses: The same, very basic implementation. For us to be able to use it in my company a couple of additional fields are needed (name and VAT number of the provider) which they promised to add before the second quarter of 2019 but have not yet done so. In general there are few updates. I feel that they were adding new features more frequently at the beginning of the year. Mobile application: It is very basic, almost no functionality. You can't clock in/out from the app, which is essential these days for employees who move around. From support I was told to access the web application from a mobile browser... API: Very basic and incomplete.

Great HR software that does a LOT!

Kommentare: It's been effortless to set up and gets the job done without any fuss.

Vorteile:

It's really helped us streamline our HR processes from onboarding with e-signatures to managing our workforce online. Plus, the employee database is robust, and the workflow builder has been handy for our daily operations. And the half-price offer for the first three months was a pretty good bonus!

Nachteile:

Great product, can't think of any besides making a few changes to the UI.

The best way to HR management

I really liked the mobile app of this soft. It was easy to setup and very easy to use. Employee scheduling feature helped a lot with my projects where I needed full power.

Sage HR works well for our business. It covers annual leave across all working patterns used by the business. It is user friendly. We now have all staff on an HR system and it's free.

Vorteile:

Having been part of the team that has implemented the solution, I would say it's not a bad HRM tooling and the ability to integrate well with other Sage solutions seamlessly and other external solutions as well is a good one. It has practically met the expectation of those we deployed it for but sometimes with some degree of customization not available within the system it self. But overall it's a good tool.

Nachteile:

Within the context of my usage and interaction with the solution, there's not much to like less.

Appropriate for companies that want one system for whole HR/payroll process

Kommentare: Good experience so far. Does lack some out of the box functionalities but can be customized. But the team is having fun with the system so far.

Vorteile:

Navigating through the system is very easy and does not necessarily require full training before the end user starts using it. The reports and dashboards are on point for higher management for decision making. And simple requirements can often be easily implemented by the administrator.

Nachteile:

If the system is not properly maintained, the data can quickly become irrelevant and reports are no longer accurate. The should be a team to maintain the system and make sure all data being entered by the employees are correct and regular. For small companies with only a few employees this can be a difficult task.

This tool provides an easy way for employees to request time off, holidays, and sick-days. It is also great for document sharing, and it is modular and customizable; it can be tailored to your organization's needs by adding functionalities and managing access rights.

Nachteile:

There are also some drawbacks associated with the system, such as the need to constantly upgrade data at a centralized spot in order to keep the platform up-to-date. Furthermore, it can be difficult to manage vacation arrangements in a timely and efficient manner.

Vorteile:

For our company, it greatly simplifies the managing the holiday entitlement of our employees. Our employees appreciate the real-time view of their day-off and holiday balance.

Nachteile:

- Day Offs: In our company the day offs are flexible. Employees are supposed to take 2 day-offs per week, but sometimes these day-offs are shifted to the next week. (It's always within the same month though.) It would be great to have some way to be alerted/monitor if someone requests more day-offs than they are entitled to. Right now I have to count the day off requests to make sure it's within their day-off limit. (Right now a staff could request more day-offs that they are entitled to.) Having this said, I don't want it to be shown as a yearly quota, same holidays and public holidays, as these days can be taken anytime, while day-offs are not of that nature. However, a monthly quota would be fine. - Time Tracking: What is definitely missing is time tracking (for which we use HubStaff now) and overtime/undertime tracking. Our employees track their working time, and have a floating balance of time. Cake would be the complete and perfect HR solution if there was everything at a glance - the balance of Holiday, Public Holiday, Sick Days, Day-Offs and Over/Undertime. Ideally, being able to differentiate between freelancers and full-time staff - where freelancer time results in salary and full-time staff time results in time balance. Also, overtime should be able to be mutated (to holiday / day-off) or pay-off (define a per-hour amount for the time, calculate the pay-off, deduct the time from the balance.)

Kommentare: The best value for money, where HR processes get automated very quickly and user friendly.

Vorteile:

It is very adjustable, features are updated each week with increasing functionality, accessible customer support, very friendly pricing.

Nachteile:

Bugs. With such a speed in new releases it is almost inevitable that bugs pop up. New customer onboarding could be improved with clear guidelines. Knowledge base with instructions of use could be more informative. System could offer basic templates for all modules (survey, onboarding, offboarding etc)

Cake HR is a Strategic Partner for Findasense

Kommentare: Has helped us a lot in the optimization, automatization and agility to handle our employee data and processes like leaves, feedback, goals, etc.
We have established an alliance with the Cake HR team and this has allowed us to customize the app to our and being able to find solutions to our daily needs.

Vorteile:

Intuitive for its use, user friendly, modern look, flexibility in workflows and constant improvements in the app. The best part for us is that we have constant contact with the support team and work very closely in designing processes and workflows to respond our internal needs.

Nachteile:

We are working on having a more horizontal structure and be able to install a collective decision making process. So far Cake HR needs for everyone to have a "manager" for approvals in many of the processes so sometimes we need to think around that. This is not a mejor limitation since the app also allows for some processes to have automatic approvals, but would be interesting to evaluate new organization models.

Could this be the best HR software?

Kommentare: Our group utilizes it to deal with our time-off and remote working arrangements. It's really basic and simple to utilize and exceptionally practical. Looks perfect and proposition numerous modules and yet the usefulness of the vast majority of them is exceptionally essential.
I love that it is simple for my bookkeeping division to impart to me when solicitations have been paid.

Vorteile:

Exploring through the framework is exceptionally simple and merely requires full preparation before utilizing it. I truly enjoyed the decision of price tags, contingent upon the requirements of your business. The UI is likewise instinctive, and the schedule coordinates well with Outlook.

Nachteile:

No current cons I can think of. I had several login in issues a while back, but it was remotely fixed.

Vorteile:

Managing Time Off for multiple teams and multiple types of time off. Makes it very easy to see where everyone is without having to manage a company calendar. Easy to use on the go with the mobile app and emailing capabilities. Easy to accept someone's time off request within the email with just a click of a button. Absolutely love this tool for our team's time off.

Nachteile:

Can't set the admin to send me just my team's requests, so I get a lot of emails for our whole company. very hard to edit time off requests. Don't like that after it's approved, it's hard for the user to go in and change their request and be assured it's logged correctly.
