Even after several rounds of contacting support, we never could get the Add-on to communicate accurately with PayPal, which ended up with client subscribers not having a clearly associated Subscription tied to them. After wasting hours of time, I gave up and used PayPal's subscription buttons instead of GF PayPal Checkout. > > I recommended Gravity Forms to a client that accepts subscription payments online. After purchasing the plugin and the PayPal Checkout add-on, I spent hours and hours trying to get it to sync correctly with PayPal. It never did, so I ended up using PayPal's built-in buttons. Which defeated the whole purpose of purchasing GF and the add-on.
