Zeffy for All Nonprofits

Kommentare: l was skeptical whewn I firsT saw That This was free. I gave it a reluctant try and have bee completley satisfied with all aspects of the service. I definitely reccommend Zeffy to alll non profits.

Vorteile:

It's great that they do not charge our donors fees, but the system is well structured and easy to use. I can send very professional notices to our donors instead of using another messaging app.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything that I would improve yet

Excellent platform for non-profits, excellent customer support!

Kommentare: It really has been so amazing. I am new to our school's PTA and I took on the task of setting up a new payment platform for our fundraising because the one we used in the past had very high fees. I feel so happy I stumbled across Zeffy because they helped make what I thought would be a confusing and difficult task into something so easy and really beneficial to our school.

Vorteile:

The forms are very easy to use and worked perfectly for our fundraising event. We are using a combination of ticketed event forms and donation forms. I love that they have options for automatic tax receipts, thank you emails, reminder emails, the ability to add and even require short answer questions with specific purchases, and options to add notes to any order. I also love the data we can export to excel - specifically the weekly payout details and all the information for each purchase. I also like that we have the ability to scan e-tickets for check in! Customer service has also been so helpful and friendly. I have never set up a payment platform before and I have spoken with customer service and emailed them several times and my interactions have really helped me feel confident about my choice in Zeffy.

Nachteile:

I have not come across any problems with using Zeffy for our event!

Great option for non-profit fundraising

Kommentare: Excellent - Website is intuitive and useful. Support was great (once you get past the bot by typing "talk to a person"

Nachteile:

The only thing that was slightly frustrating is talking to the chat bot for support, but once I learned that typing "talk to a person" got me an actual human, it was great from there. [sensitive content hidden] helped me right away.

Account cancelled without explanation

Kommentare: Very disappointing. Left us high and dry without any explanation or recourse.

Vorteile:

I used Zeffy with great success for one organization so recommended it for another.

Nachteile:

In response to a request for help how donations were processed, they cancelled my account without any explanation. Left a mess with my donors.

Zeffy Is The Totally Free Ticketing Soy!

Kommentare: After using other ‘popular’, but expensive, ticketing apps for prior shows we took a fly on Zeffy. We could not have been more pleased. We received all of the ticket price money for every ticket and there were no hidden costs nor fees.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. Very easy to stay in touch with our ticket buyers. Tracks seats and money very well. Constant updates with buys and money transfers to our bank account.

Nachteile:

Learning curve was a tad steep. Not being very tech savvy and a first time user, it took some time to prove and provide Zeffy access to our non-profit bank account.

Easy and Effective Event Management for Non-Profit Organization

Kommentare: Overall experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to navigate and customer support is responsive and helpful.

Vorteile:

Zeffy provides an ideal platform form for event registrations for my non-profit organizations. Setting up events and managing registrations is quick and easy. Registration forms can include custom questions which is essential for our events. The ability to accept optional donations has proven helpful. The fee structure which ensures our non-profit receives 100% of the proceeds from registrations and donations is terrific.

Nachteile:

We experienced some challenges in setting up our payment processing through Stripe, but this seems to relate more to Stripe than Zeffy, and Zeffy support was helpful in resolving the issues.

0% Fees & 100% Support

Kommentare: Stellar. I cannot remember the last time I didn’t have something to critic about a service or product.

Vorteile:

0% processing fees is huge. What makes the service stellar is that everyone and everything (platform, set up, forms, etc) I have worked with has been a breeze to interact with. The “pay to play” companies need to take some notes from Zeffy.

Nachteile:

I’ll update this when I find something relevant… that they’re not a bank. When I see something, I’ll let them know because already know they want this experience to be the best.

Great Zeffy

Kommentare: Excellent product, good service support. Easy to create and use.

Vorteile:

100% Free to non-profit organizations. Forms are easy to create and edit as necessary. Reports are functional and easy to obtain. Payment schedules set to when you want them.

Nachteile:

Tap to Pay is not available for Android.

Too good to be true...but it is!

Kommentare: I believe Zeffy is a great site! It's every non-profit's dream and an answer to prayer. To be able to receive money easily from anywhere in the world-free was almost too good to be true. But, it is true!

Vorteile:

The accounting is clear, timely and accurate, we get all the funds that our donors send to us plus annual reports and the support team is very responsive!

Nachteile:

1. That usingthe bank transfer method costs a lot of money - more than the regular route. 2. Some of our donors are abit put off by the appeal from Zeffy for their own use. I personally think Zeffy's service is great and a donation to them is well worth it but the wording could be softened so it is more appealing and positive from the donor's view point

Zeffy - The Perect Price for Nearly the Perfect Program!

Kommentare: The price and ease of use make this an easy decision for our nonprofit. We would love to see it develop and grow in communication and donor management so we could stop using multiple programs. In addition, their customer service is extremely fast and easy to work with! A great, easy software to implement quickly and maximize time and profit!

Vorteile:

It is easy to set up and use! You can easily customize the forms to collect funds for tickets, events, and more. The dashboard is intuitive so even those with little training can help administer the data and information to help you reach your goals and find success.

Nachteile:

Zeffy does not have all the features that we wish it had. It could use a more robust messaging system with more features to create eye-catching emails. We would love the ability to manage our silent auction for our events. It needs to be able to do POS on Android (which I learned is coming soon). And we would love it to have more features with tracking individuals, donor engagement, etc.

Saving more than money

Kommentare: Zeffy has changed the way that I do things - it has made my life so much simpler. By having everything on Zeffy, I can take care of so many things in just one place, and in a more intuitive way than some other platforms. The staff have been helpful and friendly. Seriously, Zeffy has saved my sanity and renewed my ability to focus more on the work I do rather than scattering my energy every which way.

Vorteile:

I love how Zeffy has made my work life so much easier in many ways. I can manage my email list, send messages to different segments, tag individuals and their interests, sell tickets to events, collect membership fees, and track income and engagement throughout. Best of all, I can do all of this (and more) without having a portion of our income being snatched up by a supposed 'ally' of non-profit organizations.

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I dislike about Zeffy. I love that they have regular introductory workshops that you can join to learn how to use the platform. It still took me a little bit of time to learn some of the ins and outs of the program, but I feel confident that, if I had a question, they would answer it quickly.

A Fantastic Online Donation Service for Schools and Churches

Kommentare: It has been a real gift, allowing us to take donations from our school parents in an effortless but organized manner without fees!

Vorteile:

The best feature is allowing folks to give a donation in lieu of fees. That is a novel and wonderful idea.

Nachteile:

We love it! No complaints whatsoever. Zeffy is about as simple to use as one could ask, yet provides the detailed reports we need.

Easy and Effective!

Kommentare: Overall my experience has been fantastic! It has been easy and effective, plus it's FREE for nonprofits.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use. I am not particularly tech-savvy, but I was able to navigate the program and create the forms that I needed. Tech support was available when I did have questions.

Nachteile:

I would like for there to be an easy way to manage payments for Silent Auction items. While there is something in place for on-line auctions, I had to create my own make-shift way of managing our in-person auction.

Great Option For Small Non-Profits

Kommentare: Overall, we are happy with our experience with Zeffy. From a customer service standpoint, they are very responsive when issues are raised, generally within 24 hours or less.

Vorteile:

If you've used any other donation processing platform, Zeffy is pretty easy to navigate. They have a number of options for forms creation that should serve most, if not all, of the needs of a non-profit organization. I like that they also offer Tap-to-Pay.

Nachteile:

The eCheck process is cumbersome if the donor wants to enter their bank information manually rather than allowing Stripe (their processor) to directly access their bank account. Also, it seems a bit disengenuous that they don't make it a little more obvious that paying the recommended fee is optional. Also, it's a bit cumbersome to find their FAQ pages both before and after signing in to our account.

Most user-friendly platform ever!

Kommentare: I work in IT and have used many applications and platforms throughout my career and I've never been so impressed with a product like I have with Zeffy. Bravo to you for creating such an amazing tool that nonprofits can benefit from for years to come!

Vorteile:

The entire process was so seamless and pain-free. I found the customization and branding super straight-forward and simple to follow. I will continue to use Zeffy for all our fundraising event needs!

Nachteile:

Can't name a thing because the every feature Zeffy provided our organization was value-add from beginning to end.

Zeffy is Crucial to our Non-Profit Operation

Kommentare: Love it. Won't ever use another platform.

Vorteile:

The platform is easy to use and understand. All of the features are helpful to our organization. The ability to export data to Excel is excellent. The ability to accept online credit card payments if very useful. It is so versatile from ticketing, to donations, to registrations - we use it all. Not only is it free, it is functional and genuinely useful.

Nachteile:

I like the Volunteer features that no longer exist.

Grateful to Zeffy!

Kommentare: We've gotten great service whenever we've had questions! Overall, the UX is very good and easy to use. And to reiterate, we are so grateful for the no-fee structure as a small, start-up non-profit!

As a small, new non-profit organization, it's invaluable that we're not charged fees and we're so grateful to Zeffy for the services they provide!

Nachteile:

It would be nice if there were slightly more robust customization options for event ticketing set-up, but this is a very small quibble.

Great for Nonprofits

Vorteile:

As a small nonprofit educational group, we needed a way to digitize our ticket sales without losing money on fees. Zeffy was the obvious choice, and we've been very happy with not only how easy it is to set up events and ticketing, but how quickly we are paid out as well.

Nachteile:

There are a few minor issues, but overall it is an excellent product for us. I do wish that there was some sort of search function on Zeffy for people who wanted to find our organization but didn't have the direct link.

Perfect for a low-use Senior Center

Kommentare: I am so grateful we found this product! It is just what we needed.

Vorteile:

Our small-town Senior Center base basically disappeared during Covid. We are struggling to rebuild our membership. Many of our older population are not computer savvy, so we needed something simple to use and that we could easily add off-line (cash) payments to for tracking purposes. Zeffy suits us perfectly.

Nachteile:

I cannot get images to load no matter what size or shape they are. Customer Support has been great about getting them to load for me, but I hate to keep bugging them, and I'm not sure why I can't get it to work. Plus telling me what pixel sizes is not helpful for a non-graphic person :\

Zeffy is a 100% FREE resource that you NEED for your nonprofit!

Vorteile:

Zeffy is an amazing platform. It is created by a nonprofit and for nonprofits and they are not here to take anything off the top. With an easy-to-use system and helpful staff who you can actually speak to on the phone, this is an amazing resource. I don’t even want to think about fundraising without it!

Nachteile:

No complaints. It is incredible. (If you need fast donations you will need to plan ahead though. Instant donations are not a thing but you can do Weekly donation transfers or monthly!)

A payment processor specifically for Not-for-Profits that charges no fees, what's not to like?

Kommentare: Every cent counts for small Not-for-Profits, payment processing fees can make fundraising on a small scale quite disheartening. Zeffy to the rescue!

Vorteile:

Ease of use. No costs to organization. Excellent support.

Nachteile:

Most features are very simplified and don't always fit our needs. Zeffy is very good at making work arounds to accommodate but some elements should be built in. ex. partial refunds. It would be nice if our organization could have a 'launch page' within Zeffy so donors/buyers could easily see what else we're up to.
