The customer service during configuration and implementation was amazing. Our assigned consultant \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was quick to respond to questions and issues; usually within an hour. I enjoyed the "mentor" approach both \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] used to guide our company to get the most efficient use out of the software. They were able to supply various configuration options for different items such as quotes, BOMs, and pricing while weighing the pros and cons specific to our needs. For implementation, I would suggest having an admin with experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It's not required, but will likely speed up the implementation process.
