Ich finde, dass der Software einfach TOP ist. Sehr einfach zu nutzen und man kann Ihre Zeit richtig gut organisieren

Nachteile:

Die einzige Nachteile, die ich gefunden habe, dass der Software nicht genug möglichkeiten für individuelle Training.

Have to use it, but would like to use something better

Vorteile:

Mindbody gets the job done. My gyms require me to schedule through it so I'm kind of forced to use it.I do like that I have a few gyms on it which makes it easier to book a few classes at different spots at the same time.

Nachteile:

I wish the booking could go right into my Google Calender just like a Calendly appointment do or Eventbrite events. When I book in Calendly and Eventbrite, I do not need to click "add to calendar" because it just goes into my calendar automatically upon booking.My pilates studio just switched from Mindbody to Momence and I'm really liking the feel of the new platform. It feels like the platform was built more recently and it's meant for mobile. Whereas Mindbody feels like it was built desktop first and the mobile doesn't have unique sizing or layout. Momence also has a messaging area for my gym to message us with deals and such.Would be ideal if all gyms used Mindbody but instead I have to toggle between apps to book my classes.

Mindbody is not for Small Studios - Don't waste your money.

Kommentare: Mindbody was great when I first opened my business over 10 years ago. However, I would not recommend it now to any small business. Mindbody pulled fees out of my account for a studio in Texas that I did not own that had a similar name. Thousands of dollars were taken out and it took months for the money to be received back into my account after their error. I had to call daily to get updates on my overcharged account.

Vorteile:

It was easy for my clients to book classes on the APP.

Nachteile:

Small businesses were quickly at a disadvantage to franchises. They had the ability to pay for ads and promos. The APP was continually full of competitors offering big deals. Many small studios including mine eventually left Mindbody to software companies that included an APP for individual studios only. It created customer loyalty.

there is nothing worth for anyone to pay for Mindbody. They are big, they dont care about you little money every month. They have the good tech focusing on to make their review looks good but not doing they suppose to do.

Their management is very sloppy. techs are spoiled. Nobody care about their business. if you really care about yours, stay away from this damn site

When it works, it's great

Kommentare: This software has literally 100% of the features that I need out of a software to run my business smooth and efficiently, but I would kill for all those features to work closer to 90% of the time for the price I pay for it.

Kommentare: So far I have only been with Mindbody for 6 months. And it is a nightmare.

Vorteile:

I like that they had a marketplace with other business', and that you can run a new client special that people can easily see.

Nachteile:

I switched from wellness living to mindbody in January of this year. I thought it would make my life easier, but it has done quite the opposite. First off may I start with the fact that mindbody allows you to set up late/no show fees but does not charge the customer automatically. I would manually have to go in and do that myself. Also, the fact that they must be in a contract for them to even store a credit card to charge is ridiculous to me. Also, every time I call for help, I am told I must do everything myself in front of a laptop, half the time people spend forever trying to figure out what’s the issue and then just never solve it and send me a bunch of emails on step by step how to do it myself. Not very convenient. Another issue I have is that all my emails that get sent out for campaigns and advertising just go to all my clients spam folders. Which defeats the purpose because they can never see them, and apparently you must have a domain email instead of a Gmail for this to even be reversed. Having all my advertising emails go to client’s spam folder is HUGE and is super bad for the business. Their only advice is to buy a domain email, which Is much too late for my business to change my email now. OR to ask every individual client to add the email I have as a contact, which there is no easy way to do. You think oh just send them all an email to ask them. Oh, wait they still wouldn’t be able to see it. I also created a new client form that I wanted people to be required to sign just once for the remainder of their visits, and apparently, I would have to individually send it to ALL MY EXISTING CLIENTS for them to sign it. Which once again is a ridiculous request. To be honest I am highly disappointed with the software switch so far, and as a business owner I can't say I’m sure that I would recommend it. It has not at all been convenient for me, I must figure out everything on my own and every time I call for an issue I am placed on hold for an hour with the situation and then I get sent emails on how to fix it, and then I just never end up figuring it out. I think I spend even more of my time as an owner on the phone with customer service than I did with my last software, which is really disappointing. 90% of the time I get the answer from customer service, that they don’t know what the issue is. And I am like, well I don’t either considering I am just the owner of my own business? Then they just send me steps on how to fix it on their best guess of what the issue is. I don’t even see the point in customer service at this point.

The Worst Software Service Company!!

Kommentare: I am stunned to see even one positive review of this software and the company. We had the worst possible experience; nothing worked as promised. Customer service was rarely able to fix any of the issues we dealing with. We went from a completely booked schedule prior to MB, to a couple of appointments per day, almost all of which were booked over the phone. We lost thousands of dollars per month because of this software!!!! Our clients were so frustrated and the staff were beside themselves. After 4 months of trying to make this work for us, we finally gave up because NOTHING was fixed. To top it all off, we had to go with another platform and MB will not let us out of our contract even though we had such terrible experience, AND they won't let us drop down to a lower cost package even though we are no longer using them. We are stuck paying almost $1000 per month for their premium package that is not being used. I literally have never experiences such a complete and total disaster. We are now having to pay for two software platforms, MindBody, which is unusable, and then the one that actually works! BEWARE of this company!!!!

NOTHING, they are a disaster! Not a single thing worked as promised. We lost thousands of dollars per month!!

Nachteile:

Customer service is abysmal. It takes 10 phone calls to find the one person who might be able to help, but then the fix doesn't work the next day. Onboarding, our guy missed our first two onboarding calls and then had the nerve to say, well you never took advantage of your onboarding. THIS SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK as promised.

Poor service, overpriced, don’t use them

Kommentare: Poor, very poor. In fact how this company is handling Client cancellation is so bad I question if it is even legal.

Vorteile:

Biggest name. Expensive with huge amount of functions one does not know what to do with.

Nachteile:

Over Pericles, 3-3.5 times the price of competition. Poor admin support, you get everyone answering your questions without reading into any previous email exchange. Extensive function but don’t offer the most basic one like sending an automatic payment receipt (invoice) to clients. “Sorry you need to do this manually” not for $470/month, I won’t be. Impossible to cancel omg, they make you run around like crazy just for a cancellation. If you need to give 30 days notice to cancel, you will need another 30 days on top at least to get through the number of useless emails they keep sending you and the number of security questions they ask is more than a bank would.

Kommentare: Awful and not fair. Ive spent 135 a month and I'm not using it. I've tried to cancel now they say i have this month and next month because i didn't respond fast enough to a email

I asked to cancel several times. Because I was not getting any leads .a very expensive booking system

I was on market place and didn't get any new leads . And couldn't cancel I'm still trying to cancel.

So stressful

Kommentare: From the time we signed up, it was a disaster. Very efficient until they got us signed up.

Vorteile:

We thought it was going to make running our business easier but it didn’t.

Nachteile:

On our first onboard meeting, we realized it wasn’t going to work for our business as we do pamper packages and it didn’t offer that, they have continued to take monthly payments for 6 months after us communicating immediately that it wasn’t the right fit . Month after month, we tried to cancel our subscription but even after our final email from them telling us it was all complete, they still attempted to take our money.

Kommentare: It worked until it didnt. For a single site studio perhaps its still possible but anyone with no knowledge on how to find your own solutions do not use this product at all.

Vorteile:

Works to some extent. Seems to have all the basic functions a CRM should have. But in the most convulated way known to man.

Nachteile:

A rather long list. 1. Manual release of scheduling if youd like to do a specific release timing. You have to PHYSICAL PRESS A BUTTON in order to have a schedule released at a specific time and date. In a world where CRMS allow you to prebuild a schedule and release it at a specific time and date that you select, having to PHYSICAL PRESS A RELEASE BUTTON makes absolutely no sense. 2. A membership system that makes no sense. Clients arent able to suspend their membership and book for a class until the day the membership is unsuspended. IE if a client suspends a membership until 16th they cannot book for a class on the 17th until the day of the 16th actually arrives. This makes no sense whatsoever when a simple code can fix this. 3. Over promises a products functions. I was sold a Cross Regional product with the promise that my clients can book across studios seamlessly. They could not book without 10 million manual inputs and believe me it was not seamless. After numerous attempts by them to fix it. It to this day is not fixed and they will not let me leave the platform even after being proven that their solution is not work. When told of the issues I am told : " Thats a known limitation and is on the roadmap". No such thing was limitation was made known to me prior to signing. This list can go on and on and on. If youre reading this and have a desire to have multiple studios or a product that is easy to use / manage. DO NOT USE MINDBODY.

MindBody review

Kommentare: I like the design features of Mindbody and how clean the interface is. However, it's features are not designed for a solo practice, and more for larger studios with more than just massage going on.

Vorteile:

I like that I could easily integrate the schedule with my calendar on my iPhone. I also liked the easy of customizing my schedule.

Nachteile:

The price was too high for a solo practice.

MINDBODY is Functional, But Not Great

Kommentare: Help Desk is responsive and generally very helpful, except when they guess at the answer and leave us spinning.
It's very expensive.
I don't like the app. The views are not a good representation of what is really going on with a client's account. The app is difficult for clients to navigate, yet they don't like to use the web version because it is inconvenient.
Sales Team is generally unresponsive.

Vorteile:

Available across the country so clients can book in advance. Ease of rosters

Nachteile:

Expensive. Have to have an instance for each site. Recent Upgrades were not Upgrades. They messed things up. Inability to customize reports.

Great tool to schedule classes

Vorteile:

Mindbody is so incredibly easy to schedule classes and it keeps track of my schedule. I can find classes and cancel if something comes up and I cannot make it. I can also see who is instructing the class. Basically, I never have to call the gym anymore because all the information is in the app.

Nachteile:

It is a little clunky when trying to schedule classes at multiple gyms. It is not easy to navigate between all of them but it is not impossible.

What A Great System For Spas

This program is very easy to use, we have multiple spas, and they inter contact, east to book clients, had membership and cand set any date to make it customer friendly. The have amazing customer support if you have any questions ever.

There was nothing we did not like about this system. This is the only system i would ever use.

Vorteile:

It’s pretty easy to use. Our area uses the Mindbody app consistently for scheduling and I like that people can find us on there.

Nachteile:

When you call for help, it takes a very long time to get your questions answered. The person who helps is offshore and sometimes is hard to understand or it’s difficult getting them to understand what you need. Mindbody is also very costly for credit card fees.

Works best in the boutique industry

Nachteile:

*This program is made for the boutique industries of estheticians, workout studios, etc. My company uses it for dog training and there are a lot of workarounds that we have to do to make the program function for us. It would be great if I owned a yoga studio but unfortunately, I don't.

Horrific "Customer Service"

Kommentare: I would not recommend at all. After the sale there is absolutely no customer service available. They refer you to articles to read for help and if you do actually get to speak with a rep they tell you that it is not their department.

Vorteile:

Cost, but if you want anything of value it is an add-on and they integrate with other companies.

Nachteile:

They refuse to handle or solve any problems issues in house. They outsource staff with people who don't fully understand the issues and never solve anything on the first attempt.

MindBody is Perfect For Fitness and Wellness Management

Kommentare: I've loved using Mindbody, i like how I can see all fitness studios in my area and easily book with them! Really simple to use and makes it easier to book workout classes and get in the room!!!

Vorteile:

I book all my fitness classes and appointments with Mindbody. I really love how all my favorite studios are all in one place and I can see when classes are and when appointments are open. It helps me stay organized with upcoming appointments and I can easily cancel an appointment when I need to. I store my payment method on Mindbody so it's convenient whenever I need to book an appointment. Mindbody makes it so much easier to actually attend my fitness classes and plan my workout schedule!

Nachteile:

I haven't really experienced any issues with Mindbody to tell the truth, but it would be helpful to set notifications for upcoming classes within their cancellation window just in case I don't plan accordingly or forgot I had a class booked.
