Kommentare: Procore is the king of remote working especially for administrative tasks. Documents are shared and stored within Procore and seamless communication across departments and teams. It keeps me ahead of all happenings in our sites. Lastly Procore integrates with so many tools which harmonize our our business workflows.

Vorteile:

I really had challenges using the basic project management tool for construction projects. They wouldn't fully cover all the diverse needs. Then this one-day and one of my client actually recommended Procore and in a week's time we had already deployed Procore. And I can attest that there is so much difference between Procore and those basic project management tools. Procore is crafted and tailored for the complex stuff. Having multiple sites running at the same time, we have been able to keep up with all of them without any issues. Monitoring them in every step of the cycle upto completion. Gannt charts are my best feature in Procore. They enable us to clearly represent data in a way that everyone understands and comprehends so as to be on the same page. Procore enable us keep us with accurate and realtime data on finances, budget spend , progress of projects and every other aspect of our projects. It makes it even easy to report to our seniors.

Nachteile:

Procore is the absolute best there is. We have had a smooth ride with it, all thanks to the diverse community of Users and 24/7 support from the team

Procore Rocks!

Kommentare: Overall, I am impressed with the software when it comes to detailed organization of files and the intended work flows.

Vorteile:

I like the detailed format of the software that helps with contracts administration.

Nachteile:

Drop-down menus can be simplified and easily clicked so that you don't actually pick the wrong link.

Good for the big companies

Kommentare: Hard for small businesses to be competitive.

Vorteile:

The amount of jobs up for bid was a solid amount.

Nachteile:

The pricing was way to high to make it worth it.

Good product for project management - easy to use for all

The markup function for PDF review isn't the most streamlined.

PROCORE, your ally for project management

Kommentare: I am satisfied with this website because it gives me the opportunity to consult a huge variety of documents with it's user-friendly interface.

Vorteile:

I liked that it gives me easy access to the files related to the project i'm working on

Nachteile:

I didn't like that i can't send messages to users, it would help to a lot when you don't have their contact information.

Powerful platform that is uesful for contractors and owners alike.

Kommentare: I have only used it from the A/E professional side, not the contractor or owner side

Vorteile:

Procore is an extensive construction management platform that combines most of the workflows from groundbreaking to punch list

Nachteile:

From a liability standpoint, all of the data and documents that reside within Procore must also be duplicated on local networks to ensure redundant access.

Professional at its Core

Kommentare: Quite satisfied using Procore to upload Drawings and distribute it to the Team for viewing.

Vorteile:

The process of uploading Drawings is quite simple compare to other products.

Nachteile:

Sometimes Procore does not read the drawings properly therefore the automatic information that it inputs is incorrect. Additionally Timesheets through Procore is not feasible.

Specialty Contractor

Kommentare: Great service and user friendly for the most part. Grateful to have an easy way to access General Contractor's files

Vorteile:

Ease of use as a sub contractor. Nicely developed platform

Nachteile:

It has more than I need. I can see it being a great product for a General Contractor, not so much a sub contractor or specialty contractor

Pro core for construction workers

Vorteile:

Having access to multiple jobs on mobile phone or tablet while offsite

Nachteile:

I can’t access drawings unless have been invited to job

Great Project Tool

Kommentare: Procore is a great tool for Construction professionals. The feature set is very tailored to construction related tasks

Runs a bit slow in my experience. Wish there was a better option to review BIM models.

A shared collaboration tool - Procore insightful article

Kommentare: So I used procore at Builder.ai, when our project was initially setup, at a fast paced environment this product turned useful in collaboration with our team , contractors, stakeholders and clients. This turned out to be useful as it has an effective way to insight into the business and automate processes

Vorteile:

I like the way it integrates the full time employees with the contractors along with the stakeholders of the project and the business. Very insightful, detailed and effective tool

Nachteile:

The costing is high, initial use requires some training which again involves cost

Kommentare: Amazing and what a time saver. Contracts, change orders, invoicing, submittals - makes everything at your finger tips

Vorteile:

Procore allows everyone in the organization from the office to the field to the architects to collaborate on a project

Nachteile:

Sometimes it takes a bit for everyone to see the documents in the folders

Procore Fan

Kommentare: I have used it on several projects and it is better than similar programs.

Vorteile:

The program is easy to navigate and the information is easily tracked.

Nachteile:

All information is not available. Contractors tend to block certain information.

Excellent Project/Document Management Software

Vorteile:

Procore is heavily customisable, and comes with modules that can be added and removed to use (and pay) for only the modules you wish to use. Drawing and Specification modules are excellent, and correspondence quickly being improved. Punch Lists, Document managent, tendering all done well.

Nachteile:

Slightly different and takes a few weeks to get comfortable with if familar with other similar products.

Procore: Highly Recommend

the availability of information for all involved in each project is near perfect.

sometimes the sign in process and locating specific information can be difficult to find.

Procore Experience

Vorteile:

FUNCTIONALLYTY. It is amazing how many functions Procore has. Personally, I have used it for invoicing and estimating, which were pretty easy and super detail-oriented. Additionally, it has amazing project management tools for the construction industry. You can use it to save, use, share all the required documents, like drawings, addendums, estimates,etc

Nachteile:

Price. It is expensive. For small companies like ours, it is a significant expense.

Versatile Software for construction management

Kommentare: This has solved out issue of blueprint and submittal management, along with procurement and safety meetings. It has centralized our managing of jobs and made our work more efficient and measurable

Vorteile:

Procore has all the tools we need to manage our jobs in one place. There are so many features and tools to fit your exact needs for construction management.

Nachteile:

There is a bit of a learning curve for the app for installers in the field, that took some training however, it was nothing that hindered our production and progress.

Procore increases the chances of project execution

Kommentare: Procore is employed by our field manager, our project manager, and our project manager in day-to-day tasks such as keeping track of things, taking photos, writing specifications, and submitting projects. Our entire institution uses Procore. The business issues it addresses are transformations in submissions in order for our sub-task managers to get more pressing Responses, meaning that the entirety of the work must be completed sooner. He also discussed communication between the field staff and the office to have access to updated images, reports and IFs. As a company, since the Procore program was done, we were able to run more jobs with the same level of help by decreasing the help. We are now able to run more jobs and run more jobs correctly.

Vorteile:

Real-time recording sheet of notes and images allows all staff members to closely observe the work. RFIs can be generated without using the sketch tool with an attachment of visualized images of the sketches, which speeds up the response to RFIs. The sketch tool provides the appropriate and up-to-date images at all times for each of the site and HQ employees to get the project construction correct.

Nachteile:

The predisposition to photograph things after they are already housed in a book. The ability to incorporate an appendix to an existing definition so you can change the text and add new appendices to the specification manual. The paint tool would be more useful if the sketch could be overlaid.

Vorteile:

Procore assists our organization help manage employee's times in an efficient manner. We are pleased with the ease of use of the software.

Nachteile:

Procore is a highly efficient software. However, we would appreciate a more affordable price based on the software's capabilities.

Vorteile:

Ease of tracking due dates in the system for RFI and submittals

Nachteile:

Once an item is marked complete, or 'ball-in-court' is put into someone else's name you cannot go back and add material.

A complete application for project management

Kommentare: As a subcontractor, I really like using Procore to manage projects. It's fairly user friendly and I can easily retrieved the added documents in my projects, such as plans or change orders. It's easy to submit a question also.

Vorteile:

It's easy to retrieve new documents added in Procore and it's easy to submit documents too. It's very user friendly and you can find what you're looking for easily compared to other similar applications. You can do everything you need to do to manage a project in Procore, it's a very complete application.

Nachteile:

Nothing really. I don't have anything that I don't like about Procore.

Own opinion

Vorteile:

Offers real-time collaboration, document management, and scheduling capabilities; excellent for managing construction projects.

Nachteile:

Compared to more straightforward project management solutions, it may have a steeper learning curve and be more expensive for smaller projects.

Very helpful in keeping real time data

Kommentare: This is the first time we have used it. It works great on the management of the project. Just keep in mind once your onboarding period has passed you need to pay for any additional customer support from them.

Vorteile:

One of the best features is the ability for your subcontractors to sign in and submit invoices, change orders, and correspond with you.

Nachteile:

The quickbooks integration does not flow as smoothly as it should

Procore Needs to Include BIM

Vorteile:

Document control, meeting minutes, project team directory, viewing drawings.

Nachteile:

No BIM capability, no integration with Autodesk.
