Solides Tool für Videokonferenzen und Online-Meetings

Vorteile:

Grundsätzlich ist Webex ein sehr solides Tool fürs Online-meetings und Konferenzen, alle benötigten Tools, wie Bildschirmteilen und das Mitteilen von Reaktionen stehen zur Verfügung.

Nachteile:

Das Einladen und Einbinden von externen Mitarbeiten führt manchmal zu Problemen und funktioniert nicht immer problemlos, manchmal kann der Raum nicht eröffnet werden oder die Externen können aus welchem Grund auch immer nicht beitreten. Die Konkurrenzprodukte sind da doch etwas benutzerfreundlicher.

Gute Wahl für Meetings, Collaboration, Chat

Vorteile:

An Webex gefällt mir am besten die benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche und die einfache Bedienung. Die Audio- und Videoqualität ist gut und ermöglicht eine reibungslose Kommunikation. Die Funktionen wie Bildschirmfreigabe und Dateiaustausch sind sehr praktisch und erleichtern die Zusammenarbeit. Außerdem gefällt mir, dass Webex plattformübergreifend funktioniert und auf verschiedenen Geräten nutzbar ist. Die Integration von Terminplanern wie Outlook ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt bietet Webex eine zuverlässige und effiziente Lösung für virtuelle Meetings und Teamarbeit.

Nachteile:

Es kann manchmal zu Verbindungsproblemen kommen kann. Obwohl die Audio- und Videoqualität normalerweise hervorragend ist, kann es gelegentlich zu Unterbrechungen oder Verzögerungen kommen, was die Kommunikation beeinträchtigen kann. Manchmal wird nicht die richtige Audioquelle erkannt. Trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte bleibt Webex jedoch eine zuverlässige und effiziente Lösung für virtuelle Meetings und Teamarbeit.

Gute bedienbarkeit angenehmes Arbeiten komfortabel genug und auch noch einfach genug für ältere Kollegen

Nicht wirklich viel zu sagen dazu könnte etwas moderner Rübe kommen

Gut in Outlook zu integrieren und Meetings sind einfach anzusetzen.

Nachteile:

Einwahl manchmal zu kompliziert und Monitor-Sharing zu umständlich.

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln, ist wahrscheinlich etwas teurer als andere (Fremium)

My Experience with Webex

Kommentare: Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Vorteile:

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Nachteile:

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

Convenient!

Kommentare: After the initial configuration, WebEx has allowed our company to connect easily with customers and potential clients.

Vorteile:

WebEx makes things a lot easier for end users. Our company utilizes the Teams add-in and the mobile app every day. It's very convenient to be able to take calls on the go, whether on a laptop or mobile device.

Nachteile:

It took some time to get accustomed to the admin portal.

Webex Review by Study Coordinator

Kommentare: I am a study coordinator and I use Webex 1-2x a month for different meetings/trainings with sponsors located around the US.

Vorteile:

Webex allows me to send invitations and meet with people remotely.

Nachteile:

We have had some issues with Webex being offered in a browser or for download. Sometimes different accounts can make it hard for individuals to join meetings.

Kommentare: It a strong tool thats has a lot of features for meetings, better than any other on that,

It has a very good integration with fixed telephony and videoconferences.

The IA features are still being deployed, all other tools has done it yet

Kommentare: Webex is always extremely reliable and is an essential tool for my team and I to effectively communicate. This is of utmost importance since we are mostly work from home.

Vorteile:

Easy to find people, cool messaging features, and the call reliability.

Nachteile:

Sharing a PowerPoint presentation within a call can be tricky.

Webex Suite Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow

Kommentare: Overall it makes remote work seamless and allows collaboration to occur at anytime from any place.

Vorteile:

easy to use and navigate even for beginners or those who are not tech saavy. The built in meeting scheduler, the ability to record meetings, and usage of the app makes it super convenient to work in this hybrid world.

Nachteile:

occasionally I have experienced audio issues either during a call or if I have previously been using another platform.

Webex Suite-2025

Kommentare: Screen sharing, enhanced security features, intuitive UI & better video & audio features put the Webex Suite at the apex.

Vorteile:

1. Crystal clear video quality. 2. Reasonable pricing comparatively. 3. Better security with advanced technology.

Nachteile:

1. Less features compared to other platforms.

Kommentare: Webex suite simplifies work for secretaries because while hosting an online meeting the minutes can be taken by recording.

Vorteile:

I'm very pleased with webex suite because it provides a secure and safe room for online interaction/communication between teammates, it's effortless, and allows instant messaging and web meetings

Nachteile:

Occasionally it's slow, audio and video calls drop off.

Webex Suite Has Excellent Features and Capabilities

I have zero dislikes for Webex Suite. Webex Suite makes collaboration and communications easier for us.

Maybe a suggestion, I would like to have more option for background.

Webinars with HQ Audio

Kommentare: Our group uses Webex for weekly meetings and other general meetings. So far we have been enjoying it and I highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

So far, we have been enjoying it because the quality of the audio is better than what I can get from other web meeting software like Google Meet. Also, I can easily see verified users from general email users so in large meetings, I can easily recognize if someone is from our company or not. It is important because our company has a lot of employees.

Nachteile:

A lot of people think webinars are Zoom or Google Meet and aren't familiar with Webex. When we are hosting a big online event with public participation, we receive queries about this all the time. I wish the Webex team had worked more on branding and marketing to make many people aware but this is not a problem with software or functionality so it is not a big deal.

Kommentare: the webex suite is really good, it has many instances to use for collaboration and in the enterprise level has a lot to offer, specially for really complex organizations. with different geographical locations.

Vorteile:

I like that the tools enable us to perform many actions in an efficient way, the Webex space for meetings, calls integrated with outlook calendar makes everything more organized, the details on the events platform of Webex where you can print tickets or use it as a Streaming platform for webinars is awesome.

Nachteile:

I think the trainings in their WebEx training website should be more didactic, and that the test should be aligned with the content trained.
