Wrike ist eine Projektmanagement Software für Unternehmen mit Vorlagen, Zeiterfassung, Gantt-Diagrammen, Kanban-Boards, Berichten und mehr.
I liked that Wrike was able to integrate easily into our systems as well as being fairly intuitive to use.
Customer support is poor, be very cautious about changes to level of service or SLA's mid-contract with no recourse.

A fantastic, Grade-A project management tool...
Etwas schwer beim ersten Mal.
Improving productivity with Wrike
Kommentare: Wrike is a highly effective project management and team collaboration solution that has significantly improved the efficiency of project management and communication in my office.
What I like most about Wrike is that it allows for quick adaptation and adoption by team members. It is very effective in its wide range of functions, such as project planning, task assignment, resource management and real-time communication, which facilitates efficient coordination and collaboration among team members. It provides optimal collaboration and access to shared resources. The custom reporting feature allows me to easily obtain information on project progress and team performance.
Although Wrike is a powerful tool, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and options available.
It organized general tasks for collective projects
Kommentare: Planning and monitoring the building process. Creates a unified platform for all managing partners. It was simple to delegate work to certain people. It was also simple to mark down each course as finished. Course completion dates were clearly recorded so that progress could be tracked over time.
Wrike was primarily utilized as a project management and training module management system. It helped us categorize courses according to job functions and create specialized training plans.
There were hiccups in the updating process for assigned tasks on occasion. For classroom settings, the multi-user feature felt clumsy.
Ideal for managing and sharing tasks within my team.
Kommentare: Excellent display settings and notification function for easy plan management. Sharing the plan with the whole team is easy, and person-hour control and input can be graphed and analyzed. It is very convenient to display the list of tasks in a table format, and avoiding overwork for each person in charge is possible. We can see at a glance what needs to be done first, such as things that are close to deadlines, so you can review the work assignment without a team and deal with the things that have the most recent deadlines first. Until now, each individual's work was reported as a to-do, but now all team members can understand it by looking at the list.
Besides the Kanban-style visualization, I like viewing the task list in a list or table. Tasks can be managed intuitively in the Kanban format, but sorting them by deadline or person in charge isn't easy. If it is a table display, you can create a list for each person in order to see who is overworked and distribute the work within the team.
I feel there are fewer linked services than other tools. It would be convenient to be notified by external email or chat when a task is added, or the status is updated. Alternatively, such a linking tool may already exist. Still, there are few users compared to other tools, and even if you search for a manual as the optimal customization method, you may not be able to find it.

Warum Wrike gewählt wurde: The functions, points and person-hours that contributed to the problem can be analyzed by plotting the person-hours, which makes it easier to understand how long each process took and how much difference there was from the initial plan.
Zuvor genutzte Software: Microsoft SharePoint
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: Because it is a cloud application, you can view and share your project tasks outside the company. Because you can leave comments in chat format, where you can share information within the project.
Little love from the team - Poor customer service
Kommentare: I politely asked for a refund for the annual plan I was not using. Nobody cares to reply to me. There seems to be a lot of turnaround time in this company.
The set of features is very sophisticated.
It's a very dry and dated user interface. There is no easy entry point. I got a lot of push back from the team. It was difficult to scale up, features that worked for one person could not be easily deployed at the team level. Forcing us to sign an annual plan is not good either. I wasted a year of subscription which is infuriating.

Wrike Review: The Pros and Cons of Using This Project Management Solution for Remote Teams
Kommentare: Overall, my experience with Wrike has been highly positive. As a web developer, I've used many project management tools over the years, and I have found that Wrike stands out in terms of its ease of use, comprehensive feature set, and robust collaboration capabilities. I appreciate the platform's flexibility and ability to adapt to my team's unique needs, whether we're managing multiple projects, tracking tasks, or collaborating on documents. The real-time monitoring and reporting features have been especially helpful in keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring that we're meeting project deadlines. Additionally, the customer support team has been highly responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or encountered issues. Overall, I highly recommend Wrike to any team looking for a powerful, all-in-one project management solution.
As a web developer who often works with remote teams, I found Wrike's project management solution to be an excellent tool for improving collaboration and productivity. One of the features I liked most about the software was its ability to provide real-time updates on project progress, making it easy to track tasks and deadlines. Additionally, the task management system is very intuitive, making it easy to assign and track tasks across multiple projects. Another feature I found particularly helpful was the ability to communicate with team members within the platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools and reducing the risk of miscommunication. Overall, Wrike has become an essential tool for me and my team, helping us stay organized, focused, and on track towards meeting our project goals.
While I found Wrike to be an overall helpful project management solution, there were a few areas where I encountered some challenges. One of the main drawbacks I experienced was the initial learning curve when first using the software. The interface can be overwhelming at first, especially if you're not familiar with project management software. However, once I got the hang of it, I found the platform to be very intuitive and user-friendly. Another area of improvement could be the pricing structure, as the cost may be a bit steep for small businesses or startups. Additionally, while the software does offer a lot of features, some users may find that they don't need or use all of them, making it less cost-effective. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend Wrike as a valuable tool for remote teams and project management.
The most robust of project management tools for marketing
Kommentare: Overall a great tool - we moved from Jira and it is 100 times better in project management and ease of use. As far as robust project management tools go, I think Wrike is at the top
There are a lot of features, automations and customizations allowed in wrike. Once set up, a full view of projects is available. The foldering, project and task views all make sense for project management, and the request forms are nice and customizable
Unable to customize custom objects per task type - custom objects have to go on all or noneI would like more logic abilities behind automation assignments and status assignmentsNo templates - all custom build. This is a good and bad thing because we didnt really have something out of the box and are working hard to build from scratch
Streamlining Project Management Like No Other!
Kommentare: Despite the minor drawbacks, my overall experience with Wrike has been fantastic. It has significantly improved my team's productivity and communication.
I love how Wrike simplifies project management and collaboration for me and my team. I find the interface to be clean and easy to navigate.
However, I feel that Wrike's pricing can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or start-ups. I also encountered a slight learning curve when getting started, which may be a barrier for some users.
Wrike is the best
Kommentare: The constant updates and new features show that Wrike is committed to improving its platform.
The real-time collaboration features have significantly improved my team's communication and productivity.
I sometimes find Wrike's pricing a bit on the higher side, especially for smaller teams.
Kommentare: My overall experience with Wrike has been largely positive.
I particularly appreciate the Gantt chart, which helps me visualize project timelines and dependencies effectively.
The pricing structure can be confusing, and I feel that some features should be included in the lower-tier plans.
Simplify your projects with Wrike.
Kommentare: It has helped me keep complex projects on track, keep my team organized, and effectively meet deadlines. In short, Wrike is an essential tool for any enterprise project manager looking to simplify and streamline their projects.
I have used Wrike for several years and it has been an invaluable tool in my daily work. The best thing about Wrike is its easy-to-use interface, the ability to customize workflows, and the ability to collaborate in real time with team members.
My passion for WRIKE
Kommentare: My overall experience with WRIKE has been tremendous, and I am the company cheerleader for WRIKE. My productivity has increased, and so has the productivity of my team, but they often see it as a chore rather than a benefit. We were looking for a system where we did not need a dedicated Project Manager, but we now hired a project manager to manage the system.
I love the WRIKE interface and look of WRIKE - the ability to link tasks across multiple projects. All the different views and abilities characterize the data. I love that you can use it instead of excel. I really like that outlook emails can become comments to task or task themselves. I
Most of my colleagues at our small company struggle with WRIKE, I have done at least seven training, and people don’t get it as I do, so only a few use it, I even tried lunch and learns. Most of the company resist using the product and looking at timelines. I don’t like that I had to figure out the company requirements. I would love to see more flexible request forms. We use it to get vendor quotes; there is no save and return functionality. We would love a way for answers from the Request form to go into a table form without creating custom fields and transferring the data. I even created a personal account, but I am maxed out on data space and have requested someone call me for months.
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Teamwork, Zoho Desk, Basecamp, Asana, Smartsheet und Zendesk Suite
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: It gave us all the features we thought we needed and provided outstanding training and customer support. We were only nine people at that time.
Project Planning & Resource Management
Kommentare: Our team has been working off Wrike for over 4 years and it continues to be a positive experience. Previous to implementing Wrike, the team was working off a series of patched together platforms which included Google and Excel spreadsheets, Trello, Basecamp, and Asana. The beautiful thing about Wrike is that it allows users all of the views that are available in those different platforms (i.e., Trello's Kanban cards) but with one centralized 'source of truth' for all project and resource planning. After trying a selection of various platforms and continuing to work with vendors across multiple platforms, Wrike continues to be a favourite.
Wrike is an effective web-based project management and resource planning platform, which has enough features to be useful, but also enough flexibility and customization—on both the enterprise and user-level—to work for a variety of organizations, individuals, and work-styles. The project management view is particularly helpful as the same project can be viewed as a list, (kanban) board, table (spreadsheet view), Gantt chart and more. This allows users flexibility to engage with projects in the way that works for them.
The calendar functionality and design could be more elegant, as it feels like a somewhat neglected corner of the platform. It is functional, but not pretty.
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Function Point, FunctionFox, monday.com und Asana
Warum Wrike gewählt wurde: Not everyone was using Trello and it didn't integrate well across functions. Monday.com had a nice "list view" of products, but integration between projects, tasks, and resources was weak. Excel and Google sheets were far too rudimentary in their functionality.
Zuvor genutzte Software: Trello, monday.com, Google Sheets und Microsoft Excel
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: Wrike was a more robust solution with the option for various project views of the same information. Additionally, at the time, we could invite unlimited external collaborators into the system, which worked well for easily engaging with our network of freelancers who could work in our project management ecosystem. Overall, Wrike was the most dynamic solution, while also being the easiest to understand and use.
Wrike for Small Hospital Marketing Department
Kommentare: I am very pleased with Wrike. Everyone is on the same page with a clear expectation of deadlines and participation. If I could get everyone to use it at all times within the department and with our clients, it would be seamless. That's an internal issue, not a Wrike issue!
I like that all communications are recorded in Wrike and make for an easy reference in case of questions. I really like the accountability it creates for outside parties using the application with our department. This has shut down a lot of "I didn't say that's" since we've implemented the program.
I would like to see the ability to insert documents such as Word or photos into the markup area of the online proofs. There are times where this would be more helpful than referencing a document that you have attached to the library.
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: monday.com und Asana
Warum Wrike gewählt wurde: The program we were using was complicated to use and offered very little support. It was so bad that I can't remember the name of the program!
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: The pricing was where we needed it to be and the features were what we were looking for to make our worklives easier.
Intuitive Project Management System
Kommentare: With the aid of Wrike's help portal and chat customer service, I learned a lot in a short period of time. With this application, you may generate databases of important information relevant to specific projects of any data type. Through the usage of its API, you may connect to, communicate to, and receive data from other programs you may already be using.
Using Wrike has helped us keep our teams on the same page when it comes to complicated projects and tasks. It has helped us integrate the product with our agile processes, manage our sprints, and generate bespoke dashboards and reporting. Creating bespoke task lists in Wrike allows me to make sure that every portion of the project is performed correctly and on time by every person that has to complete assignments. This is my favorite feature.
There is no way to set task priorities in Wrike's task management software. It is only important for a task to have a high priority setting. Because of this, it is difficult to prioritize all project activities and guide team members on which work should be completed first.
Wrike - A greate alternative to Microsoft Planner, just not Microsoft Teams
Kommentare: Task and Project Management is great on Wrike, however, communication is bare bones. The issue we had was that we used Wrike, but still had to use Teams for communication and collaboration. If Wrike were to be enhanced with screen sharing, messaging, and video conference even only on paid tiers, it make a better case for us that would rather collaborate and plan in one software package.
The UI/UX was superb. The font and graphics were easy on the eyes. Planning tasks and adding task was very easy once past the learning curve.
I don't like that the Gantt chart was behind a subscription paywall. The only reason I subscribed was for the Gantt chart, which was very useful.
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Microsoft Project
Warum Wrike gewählt wurde: Most importantly, it was for the Gantt chart to easily visualize our projects, other large efforts, and daily tasks. Microsoft Project does have Gantt charts but can be unwieldy for smaller teams.
Zuvor genutzte Software: Microsoft To Do
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: Microsoft Project while robust was too much software for a small team with too much setup. It does have the necessary reporting however, Wrike was more approachable and usable for our use case.
Wrike has been a game-changer in terms of ease-of-use functionality and agility!
Kommentare: Overall, the experience has been very pleasing for our small marketing team. Wrike continuously listens to customer feedback and releases updates the make the tool better with each new version.
The ease-of use, agile nature of the tool makes this project 10 times better than the rigid project management tool we were using before. The software is not overly complex or complicated to navigate/learn, which has made the transition from our old tool to Wrike an absolute breeze!
The local/downloadable application responsiveness can be rather sluggish at times and slow. For this reason, some time can be lost waiting for the server to catch up with the local application.
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Zoho Desk, Basecamp, monday.com und Asana
Warum Wrike gewählt wurde: Certain members of our team went from retained employees of our customer to free agents, so we needed to adopt our own project management tool, since we no longer had access permissions for the proprietary, internal tool we were using.
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: Wrike had a very similar platform/interface and similar functionality as the internal tool we were using beforehand. This made for a very smooth transition from one tool to another regarding training and usage.
Good PM Tool But I Wish There Was More
Kommentare: Good. I've used the tool with two businesses now and find it easy to navigate and customize for our team. But I live in Wrike - those who don't have a hard time finding projects or setting up tasks. I take that on as much as I can to 1) help them out/save time and 2) have consistent project/task flow across projects.
I like the different views: Gantt, table, list, calendar, dashboard, etc. This is my favorite thing about Wrike because not everyone thinks the same way. And bi-locating. And custom fields - it's really elevated my reporting. And blueprints - TIME SAVER.
Limitations around sorting - in marketing we NEED to sort by due date, not start date, because our work pivots constantly. Limitations on forms - I really wish I could make a form with logic. Limitations with automation - it's such a cool feature that you can automate pretty much everything but I haven't had great success when rolling out to the team.
Task Management Made Easy With Wrike
Kommentare: Overall, Wrike is an excellent task management platform that makes it easy to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with team members. The analytics and reporting features are great for project tracking and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The only downside is the cost, which can be prohibitive for smaller teams.
Wrike has been an incredibly helpful tool for managing tasks and projects in our organization. It allows us to assign tasks to team members, track the progress, and easily communicate with each other. The intuitive design and user-friendly interface make it easy to use and navigate. The reporting and analytics are also incredibly useful for tracking project progress.
While Wrike is a great task management platform, it can be a bit pricey for smaller teams. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at times with all of the features and options available.
Project Management in Higher Ed
Kommentare: It started off with solving a simple problem: how to intake marketing requests that does not rely on keeping track of emails. Wrike fit the bill with the added bonus of online proofing with the very strict "approved" or "changes requested". Before, we would get emails saying "This is great!" and we would send to print thinking that was an approval when it wasn't. Being able to drop points on the artwork has also simplified our workflow as we don't have as many follow up questions for the requestor. That is just the start, there is so much more value Wrike has brought to our marketing team that I would need more time to go through them all. Over the last 5 years of using Wrike, it has always gotten better especially with special care for the requests provided and upvoted by its customers. We are very happy with Wrike.
The request form system. As a district of three community colleges, the district administrative center is the hub that provides customer service to the colleges. With request forms, we are able to get them to the appropriate person.
Calendars needs a refresh. It would be nice if we could add tasks directly to it in the smart calendar option (I know it still exists in classic but that is too much manual work).
In Betracht gezogene Alternativen: Trello und monday.com
Gründe für den Wechsel zu Wrike: At the time, Wrike was the only one with a request form intake system.
Wrike for small businesses
It's flexible and there are multiple ways to look at projects/task depending on how users like to see things. For example as a list, Gantt chart, table or Boards which is really handy as we have designers and programmers who work very differently. The decision to go with Wrike was also skewed by the ability to have external collaborators join the team. The ability to add custom fields makes it easy to add information required. Different views enable tasks to be seen by project, person, folder etc. Being able to track time on each task is also really useful and easy for everyone. New features are being rolled out frequently and Wrike is fast catching up on the areas I thought were lacking initially.
The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal. This was the first time we used a Project Management system to this extent, so this may be more of a user error issue. The "CRM" workaround I don't think is worth the trouble. The pricing model is the one that I think lets Wrike down the most. I understand the reason for a minimum of 5 seats, but every increment after this is in 5 seats as well. For a small business, this is a real issue in my view. This is also the case for additional features, many of which are only used by Admin, but are invoiced for each seat.
