Though Insight does offer the best they can when calling for solutions, and usually provides an alternative way of doing things. I spoke to a rep who basically threw it in my face that they have a right to disable your account. I recommend this as the definitive and premiere salon software to use. I could not imagine a better piece of software with a company ran by better people in the world.
