Es ist einfach zu erlernen, übersichtlich und intuitiv. Es können Vorlagen und Automatisierungen erstellt, um schneller und effizienter damit arbeiten zu können. > > **Nachteile**: Die Kundenbetreuung finde ich sehr schwach. Nach einer 6-monatigen Probephase, die erfolgreich war, wollten wir mit einer Lizenz LinkedIn Recruiter starten. Allerdings war diese nur im Rahmen einer Unternehmenslösung möglich, sodass auch noch Jobslots als auch Impressions gekauft werden mussten. In der Analyse haben diese allerdings überhaupt keine Ergebnisse hineingebracht, sodass wir diese nicht mit dazu buchen wollten. Leider wurde darauf beharrt, dass es nicht möglich ist, nur mit der LinkedIn Recruiter Lizenz zu arbeiten bei einem Preis. Der Preis lag bei ca. 25 K für ein Jahr. Nachdem wir noch unsere Templates exportiert haben wollten, wurde uns kommuniziert, dass dies nicht mehr möglich ist, weil wir keine zahlenden Kunden mehr sind, obwohl wir die ersten 6 Monate 10.000 EUR gezahlt haben. ----- ### "Passende Selektierungsmöglichkeiten." — 5.0/5 > **Iwona** | *3. From a sourcing perspective, the biggest advantage is that candidates tend to reply more on LinkedIn than through cold emails, as communication via InMails feels more legitimate and trustworthy. > > **Nachteile**: The main drawbacks are the limitations and cost. InMail credits are very restricted and run out quickly, and accessing the full LinkedIn talent pool is prohibitively expensive for smaller companies.
