Too many issues with administrative functions- In our last weeks with the platform we were unable to upload videos, edit profiles or change our users' allocation to programs > > We used StellarUp's mentorship platform from March 2023 - June 2023 but moved to another platform as we felt the platform was not ready for us. The people in the team were friendly and listened to our issues throughout our partnership with them. Our customer services rep was helpful at onboarding staff and responsive. A senior member of the team joined several calls to acknowledge the flaws in our product compared to the MVP we had experienced before purchase. This person explained what the company was doing to address the flaws. As we off-boarded we were contacted by organisational leaders who requested feedback and reflected on it. Our experience with the people at StellarUp overall was good, it was the product that wasn't ready. While StellarUp was not ready for us, we believe it has potential.
