Overview screens allow users to easily see dropped equipment, items incomplete for the day, pickups/deliveries that are running behind/failed. Operations screens do not make per diem, equipment availabity, and train slots easy/requires outside site interaction. (i.e. should allow for gate reservations and BLUME interaction for equipment reservation and per diem/charges. Gate reservations are difficult to manage/note for busy operations centers and have no allotted field in the operations screens) Reports menu - simple query or "external" links. W(i.e. would be beneficial to have a reports links page.
