Agatha provides a platform that suits our needs: it's scalable and flexible. The Agatha team responds quickly to any product configuration requests, and testing changes has a quick turnaround. The UI is another major selling point: based on employee feedback, we're told the UI has vastly improved over the years since we started using it; the current UI is easy to navigate and responsive. Agatha is our one-stop solution to TMF management and Employee Training records. > > **Nachteile**: The overall Chinese UI support needs improvement; some things which work great in the native English UI have issues in Chinese. The UI for certain Administrative Settings still seems to use an older UI that is laggy and sometimes unresponsive. Certain Administrative Settings also require Agatha personnel to manually trigger, which I think if BeyondSpring can trigger from the client side, can save everyone some time and effort.
