> **Vorteile**: I liked how the data are all organized in one tab where you can easily monitor your attendance and leave credits. The employee profile is also included in the software so we don't need to fill out another form by the HR Management. The organizational chart can also be looked up so it's nice to have knowledge on the company's structure.

> **Nachteile**: It takes a bit of time to get used to the interface of the software. There are a lot of steps or buttons you need to click before you get to an action or accomplish a request. The remarks also is abbreviated and the meanings are written under the page so it's quite hard to decipher the codes especially there are a lot.

> Sunfish HR is a good employee management tool for companies in South East Asia since the data are all collected in a central system. However, the interface is not beginner-friendly and needs a thorough training for the employees to get used to the software.
