> **Vorteile**: Blend-ed offers Open edX as a SAAS solution. They added features which out of the box installation of Open edX do not have. We do not need to maintain our own installation any more and Blend-ed keeps developing their solution and improving it features. Total cost for us are lower per user and we get more.

> **Nachteile**: Overall it as a good experience. There were some bugs but nothing major and things not working were quickly addressed. No real dislikes concerning Blend-ed. Open edx itself can use improvements, specially for commercial use.

> We had a very positive experience. The transition from our own installation to their SAAS solution went very smooth. Communication with the technical team was easy and their deep knowledge of Open edX made our transition without major issue despite some customisation on our end. We know have a much more stable Open edX that is ready for future upgrades as well. Support during transition and afterwards was/is good and fast. We are glad we moved.
