> **Vorteile**: M-Files has a variety of search criteria options Integration with our CRM \& ERP is seamless. Collaboration through document sharing \& also M-Files automates the approval process \& task. These are my favorites about M-Files.

> **Nachteile**: M-Files mobile access doesn't have all the features like it has for the desktop. They should improve on that.

> **Nachteile**: There are some minor limitations with this system. When checking out documents to work on, they are checked out to your local computer rather than online, without an option to choose 'offline' mode. 

However, there is an option to: ‘Check out for co-authoring,’ which is similar to Google Docs or MS SharePoint, allowing multiple people to edit simultaneously. The latest approved version is always available to others, and an admin can ‘force check-in’ if the system is configured for it
