> **Nachteile**: Its software, doesnt matter if its Microsoft or AutoXplorer, issues will arise but everytime we have had an issue the technical support team was quick to answer our phone call and address whatever the problem was at that moment.  I cant remember one time having downtime that lasted for more then the length of the phone call.

> As a car guy that has used almost every platform out there for desking and inventory management I will be happy to stand behind this product and put them up against the heaviest of hitters.  It does exactly what I need it to and then some.
