Kommentare: Unsere allgemeine Erfahrung mit Verizon Connect war enttäuschend. Obwohl das System viele moderne Funktionen und ansprechende Dashboards bietet, war die Zuverlässigkeit der Informationen mangelhaft. Fehlende oder fehlerhafte Daten machten die Nutzung oft ineffektiv und führten zu erheblichen Schwierigkeiten im operativen Einsatz.
Vorteile:
Verizon Connect bietet viele moderne Dashboards und Ansichten mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, die grundsätzlich positiv sind. Doch all das wird unbrauchbar, wenn der Inhalt fehlerhaft oder unvollständig ist, was bei uns definitiv der Fall war.
Nachteile:
Während unserer sechsmonatigen Zusammenarbeit gab es erhebliche Probleme. Die technische Beratung war extrem unzureichend, da bei jeder einfachen Frage Rücksprache mit Experten in Holland gehalten werden musste. Diese Rückfragen betrafen keine komplizierten oder wissenschaftlichen Themen, sondern grundlegende technische Details. Besonders besorgniserregend war, dass uns in dieser Zeit drei Bagger gestohlen wurden. Trotz installierter GPS-Sender konnten diese nicht wieder aufgefunden werden, da die Geräte zu einfach demontierbar waren und die Störmeldungen nicht zuverlässig übermittelt wurden. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass die Funktion der Störmeldungen völlig unzuverlässig war. Schon bei kleinsten Funk- oder Stromunterbrechungen erhielten wir innerhalb von 60 Minuten über 120 Störmeldungen, was eine sinnvolle Überwachung unmöglich machte. Die Installationen wurden zudem von drei verschiedenen Subunternehmern durchgeführt, deren Monteure weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen konnten. Dies führte zu erheblichen Kommunikationsproblemen und beeinträchtigte die Qualität der Montagearbeiten erheblich. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
Absolut Inkompetent

Kann ich leider nicht beurteilen da. Ich habe das erworben und kein Termin zum Einbau wieder Angebot zum Einbau erhalten. Versuche per Beginn alles zu stornieren.

Absolut inkompetent kassieren nur das Geld kümmert sich überhaupt nicht um Kunden !!!!!Ich zahle seit sechs Monaten und bekomme kein Einbautermin. Bei Telefonat spricht eine ausländische Frau, die ich gar nicht verstehen kann und erzählt irgendwelche Märchen

Am System meckere ich gar nicht... der Service ist sowas von schlecht, ich finde dafür keine Worte. Ich bin seit 16 Jahren in der Branche tätig und habe mit einigen Unternehmen zusammengearbeitet aber noch nie, hatte ich ein Unternehmen wie Verizon. Gefühlt 7 von 10 Mitarbeiter beherrschen die deutsche Sprache nicht. Wenn man ein Problem hat, ist man aufgeschmissen. Beispiel: Ein Fahrzeug von uns, wurde vom Verizon Techniker nicht korrekt angeschlossen, was passieren kann.. vollkommen ok. Das Fahrzeug zeigt während der Fahrt öfters an, das er im Abschleppmodus ist. Das bedeutet, wenn mal das Fahrzeug wirklich gestohlen werden sollte und gerade Abgeschleppt wird, können wir es nicht nachvollziehen. Ich warte nun seit über 1 Jahr!!!!! Das ein Techniker vorbei kommt und sich das anschaut oder das wie versprochen Verizon mir die bezahlen monatlichen Raten gutschreibt. Kannst du vergessen! Ich habe es aufgegeben und das ganze meiner Anwältin überreicht. DIESE BEWERTUNG HAT AUCH MIT DEM PROBLEM VON DEM EINEN FAHRZEUG NICHTS ZU TUN. DER SERVICE VON VERIZON IST EINFACH GROTTENSCHLECHT! WIR SIND KEINE KLEINEN KUNDEN BEI VERIZON UND HABEN EINE MENGE FAHRZEUGE VERKABELT UND LEUTE, WIR BEKOMMEN NICHT MAL EINEN ANSPRECHPARTNER. DAS SAGT ALLES AUS! FINGER WEG VON VERIZON!
Kundenservice miserabel, falsche Abrechnungen
Kommentare: vor Jahren war die Zusammenarbeit noch gut, im Frühjahr hat ein Mitarbeiter der jetzt nicht mehr da ist weitere Geräte zum Test angeboten, dies hat aber technisch nicht funktioniert, seitdem monatlich falsche Rechnungen, kaum Reaktion, persönlich sind die MA kaum erreichbar, seit einem halben Jahr keine Lösung in Sicht, weiterhin falsche Rechnungen. FINGER WEG!!!

das Produkt ist gut, die Flexibilität per Strom vom Zigarettenanzünder gibt es mittlerweile nicht mehr

Terrible company, customer service & overall awful company
Kommentare: Overall, just so terrible. Their customer service is awful. they don't listen to customer's needs and will keep renewing contracts without consent.

I literally have nothing good to say about this company. Everything is a challenge with them and we've had them for years.

Everything is terrible about this company. Customer service has no idea what they're doing and constantly have to transfer phone calls back & forth because they don't know what they're doing. I'm trying to update a credit card on file and their website doesn't work. I've been transferred 4 times already in 10 mins. It's a simple request. This is just a minor issue. We've had so many major issues as well!

Swindled and Hood Winked
Kommentare: In a word: miserable. I feel lied to, cheated, hoodwinked, etc. Verizon Connect seems like it has half the capability of competitors and twice the problems. I cannot stress enough the cheap factor, and overall lack of confidence I have in this system. On top of that, they operate with 100% foreign customer service agents who often have strong accents that make communication difficult. Their customer service system is byzantine, I currently have half a dozen "issues," open with little or no resolve. I often get 2-3 different agents calling in a 24 hour period about the same issue, and none has a firm grip on the situation. Nightmarish is not too strong a word to describe the Verizon experience. Avoid it all costs!

Very little. I feel the agent that sold us our system outright lied about the features. The GPS/Vehicle tracking seems to work fine most of the time, but you must have the vehicle on and running, it relies on an SD card mounted in the camera. Translation: if the camera gets stolen, there goes your data and video. Verizon seems decidedly low tech and low feature when compared against competitors.
Nachteile:
Where do I start? First, they made a mess of the initial shipping and order. I'm fighting a frustrating battle to even complete my system, and they tell me they're on back order for all units. Second, it lacks real-time communication with the drivers. I cannot even look at the driver camera in real-time, I must request a clip, which takes some time to download/deliver. Third, I cannot access video unless the truck remains on and running due to the SD card and camera needing power to operate. Fourth, the devices seem to cause electronic malfunctions in all of our vehicles, including battery drain.

Kommentare: Do not buy Verizon Connect. Stay away from this at all costs. We made the change to Verizon Connect due to the customer service and reliability of the service that was sold to us. Unfortunately, it was a complete lie in what they offer and you will be stuck in a contract no matter what service you have. From the start, we did not have all devices working properly or set up in the system. It took hours on the phone and over a couple months to finally get all the devices working properly. If you request to have them email you to respond to a support case, they will not. They will consistently call you and leave you messages throughout the day at random, even if you request them to schedule a call. They would even call us and leave messages about issues that were not what we had. After 6 months, we still have not been able to set up users on the account. We attempted to end the contract due to these issues and they said it would cost us $4000 to get out of it because they had resolved all the concerns. Yet after 6 months of a request, I still do not have a user set up and have received no response to that request. They do not know what is going on in their customer service because I would receive multiple messages from different people that did not all have the same information. Overall, I would stay clear of Verizon for any business if possible. They have never shown they can offer quality customer service and they will charge you for every month regardless if the service you are getting is what is in the contract. I will be leaving this contact once it is complete. I would recommend “Track your Truck” if you want another possible option for your fleet gps needs.

Horrific Customer Service
Kommentare: Great from the start and awful once we purchased it. If I didn't already have their phone service for the business and another fleet software it speaks to I would never use them. It's like pulling teeth to even get someone to call you. Like 2 weeks minimum.
Vorteile:
The sales process was great of course, they want your money. They're quick to respond, call you everyday following up, but once you've purchased the service the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
Nachteile:
No one will email you back or return your calls. The customer service number is just a call center of people who don't seem to understand the software enough to even help you. They have to transfer you to multiple people to get you to someone who understands it enough to help. Truly the worst service I've dealt with.
20 year old technology with no option to cancel
Kommentare: Buyer beware! Don't buy unless you want to be locked into a contract with a product that will receive zero enhancements.

There really isn't anything good about verizon connect / reveal.
Nachteile:
Terrible experience. You're locked into a 3 year agreement with no option for cancellation, other than buyout of the entire contract. The website for office login is horrendous and hasn't been updated since 2014. The mobile app is even worse.
Verizon has a better app than most
Kommentare: Pretty good! As far as other carriers systems, this one is easy, modern and nice.

The ease of use and the ability to administer my personal cell used for business as well, for on call weekends.

Losing all faith with Verizon
Kommentare: Ok to setup and mostly works once complete, but support and making changes or alterations after the fact are not pleasant experiences.

It was fairly easy to use and get things set up.
Nachteile:
Dealing with their support in chat and phone format is very unpleasant. Reaching the right and knowledgable people is either difficult, or a gamble.
Too focused on the direct customer and not the MSP customer

The day to day tasks and the bulk tasks need an upgrade. Things that other platforms do VZW needs to do.
Can't go a day without Verizon Connect
Kommentare: I absolutely love Verizon Connect. It is very sophisticated and every fleet department should have it.
Vorteile:
I love the security of knowing where my drivers are, how long they've been driving, and knowing that our vehicles are secure as well.

Nothing. I couldn't imagine managing my fleet without it.

Reveal for Trucks, Equipment, and Assets - GPS is serviceable, HW is spotty, Customer Support is bad
Kommentare: Day-to-day functionality is mostly reliable and gives us what we need. However, when issues come up, there is the known quantity of headaches that come with addressing them.
Vorteile:
The UI is decent, and easy enough to use. There are reporting features that we'll likely not implement but are nice to know are available. There is an extensive library of info for troubleshooting & installation. Tier 2 techs are helpful, some product specialists are good as well. Vehicle trackers seem to work fine, low failure rate.
Nachteile:
By far it is customer service. Tier 1 techs are based overseas, and while there are some competent agents in the call center, most are not. Getting to Tier 2 techs as fast as possible is the only way to be efficient. We've had 3 "Customer Success Managers" in the last year and none have been easy to contact and seem highly overloaded with accounts. We also weren't billed for 9 months, and gave multiple reminders - then with only an automated payment warning email, were charged for all at once. The asset tracking hardware is also flaky, we've replaced numerous units that stop working.
Avoid this company.

Customer service is appalling. Devices don’t work, I’ve been waiting for a month to have support and nothing. They also break privacy by continuing to issue invoices and emails to an incorrect email address after repeated advice to update.

VERYY DISSAPOINTED IN SALES
Kommentare: Very shocked by the neglective behaviour of sales peolpe and customer service when you ask for contracts and when you want to cancel.

The product overal is good. The product usability is ok
Nachteile:
The product overal is good. But the sales department is very tricky. A renewal for a 12 month subscription is done by a 38 month renewal! Canceling renewals is almost impossible. The customer service and finance department say it will all be handled. But then the invoices keep coming in and even 1 year contracts are automatically renewed for years leaving you with 20K extra costs!!!
Safety first
Vorteile:
We like Verizon Connect because it allows us to easily track/manage our vehicles and our crews. If we cannot get in contact with a crew, we know exactly where to find them which is super important when you are working with such dangerous materials every day. If there happens to be an accident, we can easily locate the crew.
Nachteile:
This isn't really a big "negative" but it did take some time to get used to the application. For some it was hard to navigate.
