Kommentare: Overall the product has helped us spend a lot less time with the logistics of learning, and lets learners work asynchronously in a lot of cases to get the information they need in a self-serve mode, making it much faster to onboard and educate employees and customers.

Vorteile:

I like how we are able to create a professional learning environment and brand it to match with our corporate look. We are able to manage a lot of content and categorize it so that each different type of learner can find what they need

Nachteile:

Some operations are repetitive and require a lot of clicks because certain areas of the site are aging compared to others and haven't been streamlined as much.

Global Learning Management Strategy: Scalable and Customizable through Docebo

Kommentare: Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.

Vorteile:

The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.

Nachteile:

Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.

Great Learning Tool for Workflows

Kommentare: My experience with Docebo has been excellent. When I needed to train a new batch, all I had to do was assign the lessons to the agents. They went through the material, and I provided some additional explanations. The flip option in this tool is particularly helpful for clearly explaining important points. My favourite feature is the assessment at the end of each lesson, after that everyone is on the same page about workflows in our large organisation.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Docebo is that, after completing a lesson, you get to take an assessment that checks your understanding of what you’ve learned.

Nachteile:

The user interface can be improved a bit more during the lesson, and the load time for scores can be better.

Excellent scalable and customizable learning management system

Kommentare: I have the best sales and knowledge reps ever. They are always ready to answer my craziest questions and weirdest ideas that I have to use on the platform. The help desk is super quick and helpful assisting in issues that arise. The overall experience has been outstanding. Docebo offers a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines the process of creating, managing, and delivering training content.

Vorteile:

Docebo has been very helpful in standardizing our training for both our employees and customers, and making it possible to conduct a lot of training asynchronously, drastically increasing our reach and reducing the amount of time and travel spent by instructors.

How Docebo Unified Our LMS Content

Kommentare: The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.

Vorteile:

Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.

Nachteile:

Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.

Single Systems for Customer, Partner and Internal

Kommentare: We are very happy with how we've been able to grow our instance since making the switch to Docebo 2+ years ago. We are able to offer our learners a much more comprehensive learning journey!

Vorteile:

Docebo is flexible to meet the requirements of our external, enterprise business as well as our internal company training and compliance testing.

Nachteile:

There are still some inconsistencies with similar features that aren't always obvious from the start.

Endless Customization

Kommentare: Docebo enabled us to start creating an ecosystem of learning. We are thrilled with the flexibility and customizability we have within the platform, and are continuing to find new uses for driving learners into our portal.

Vorteile:

For our use case, we wanted a highly customizable platform that would enable us to create custom learning experiences around "moments that matter." This was simple to achieve within the Docebo platform due to the ability to segment users to provide them with targeted experiences, and the ease of use with designing pages and menus.

Nachteile:

The only thing that feels like a miss is not having the ability to send a direct calendar invite automatically upon enrollment. Instead, you receive an enrollment notification with the option to download the calendar invite. We've had some confusion with learners, and attendance issues due to the extra step required to add learning to an external calendar.

Docebo, stable learning management platform, exciting product releases.

Vorteile:

Docebo has a lot of features and flexibility. We have the Discover, Coach, and Share packages and Extended Enterprise (which allows up to 50 subdomains). We had a slow ramp-up time, but once we understood what was under the hood, we migrated all 70 clients over to the new system with over 5,000 pieces of content. 10 languages as well, which is another benefit that they offer, the language capability is great as we expand.

Nachteile:

After working with Docebo for the last three years, I have to say I don't like that they like to charge for a la carte services, instead of including them in a larger package deal. This makes it harder to sell the services to our leadership team. Add-ons keep adding up $$$.

Effective Platform for LMS!

Vorteile:

Overall love using Docebo! It is easily branded to your organization, has lots of availability with reporting, Docebo team members are extremely pleasant to work with, and the platform is generally pretty intuitive. We get lots of compliments on the look of the LMS. We appreciate the release item changes and the desire to remain competitive in the market with the features available.

Nachteile:

The capabilities within content creation in courses and notifications. The basic HTML page is very challenging to work with and you don't receive the same modern/ aesthetically pleasing viewing experience that you do when using other 3rd party tools. The notification experience is very basic and doesn't allow for much customization or the ability to preview and play around with the notifications.

Docebo Learn. Customisable and constantly growing

Kommentare: Overall I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and manage the LMS while still having a lot of power and customisation available. The user interface is intuitive and easy to grasp.

Vorteile:

Docebo Learn is a intuitive LMS and easy to learn and manage while still being very customisable.There are plenty of plugins and additions to meet your organizational needs that complement the wide variety of options already included in the tool.The support structure is excellent with an easy to reach helpdesk and our direct customer contact is always easily available.

Nachteile:

Ideas or suggestions for enhancement take a long time, if ever, to be realised.The helpdesk is sometimes too rigid in the requirements to resolve a case

Inches away from a perfect platform

Vorteile:

The customization that allows me to make the platform look and behave how I want it. I don't mention any other features that are standard or expected from a learning platform because I don't have to worry about them. They are all there and ready to use in a clear and easy way.

Nachteile:

The interface is inconsistent. The entire product feels like a continuous project, which obviously it is, in a way that's not always good. At moments you feel like you're time travelling to years past and working on an old interface.

Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth.

Kommentare: It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)

Vorteile:

Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.

Nachteile:

As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

Easy user access, an LMS we appreciate!

Vorteile:

I like that Docebo has a network of tools and resources to support learning in our company.

Nachteile:

Some of the navigation in Docebo is not productive and I would like to be able to quick key things to get to where I want more productively.

Docebo for Credible Document Asistance

Vorteile:

Docebo creates a friendly notion in matters information and data compliance.

Nachteile:

Docebo is objective and timely in creating a robust data solution.

Why Docebo?

Kommentare: very happy with it and it functions exactly how we need it to, users are finding it very intuitive when accessing the sessions created

Vorteile:

easy to use and administer. easy quick graphics give course status at a glance

Nachteile:

all training material has to be uploaded to the platform and certain steps completed before its visible to all users, can be very time consuming when the easier solution would be the content accessible to all users through the integration software

Great for user segmentation and personalized experiences

Vorteile:

- Ability to personalize each audience's experience. - Ability to customize pages through HTML and CSS. - User-friendly admin interface. - Option to set up and customize power user visibility in great detail. - Robust documentation and very well-prepared support team. - APIs and bulk action options which make administrative tasks far less time-consuming. - Great integration options.

Nachteile:

The ILT setup could still use some improvement. For instance, while we can build several sessions within the same ILT course, we cannot assign different training materials - all cohorts get to see the same e-learning modules, which is not ideal if access should not be allowed pre/post-event.

Great UI and easy to use

Kommentare: I have had a very positive experience with Docebo through product selection, implementation and ongoing management. Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], is fantastic to work with and always brings lots of great ideas and provides us with knowledge and support where needed.

Vorteile:

Docebo is extremely easy to use in the back and front end. Our main driver in product selection was for a platform that was easy to use and customisable, Docebo ticked both of these boxes. We leverage the custom pages extensively to highlight our different training programmes. The administration is easy and clean to use with enough options for flexibility but no too many so that it becomes overly complicated.

Nachteile:

There are some areas of the platform which are clearly older such as the user personal summary and the activities area. These areas lack some of the great features which are in other areas of the system, such as filtering and a clean user interface.

Docebo has it all!

Vorteile:

The ease of use, flexibility in delivery model of material, and the variety of products offered.

Nachteile:

Customer service model can be tricky to navigate at times. Chatting isn't always easy when trying to explain a problem.

Docebo - in the top 10 worldwide for a reason

Kommentare: Fantastic team of people to work with, and they output regular updates that don't break the system each time they roll out. The code base seems very stable.

Vorteile:

I literally saved a part-time equivalent position when I switched LMSs to Docebo because the admin side is so easy to use. It has excellent APIs that are very capable of automation like user data feeds. The system is easy for first-time users to figure out and our admin team to set up and manage coursework.

Nachteile:

It does a terrible job of archiving old content.

Personalization and Welcoming
