> **Vorteile**: Flexible to our business, the software has been adapted and configured to the needs of the team but also myslef as the manager for monitoring and reporting. Mobile integration and usability.

> **Nachteile**: Licensing cost, as we could use it further across the business for technical operators, quality, auditors and managers but for the cost of licenses when they only a fraction of the software for minimal time

> **Vorteile**: Agility has been very supportive all the way from implementation and support throughout the entire process. Their system is very flexible and is able to cater to most of not all of our needs. Theyre constantly improving and listening to their customers.
Their mobile app has improved greatly even within the year we have been with them. Look forward to the continous improvements and AI integration coming soon\!

> **Nachteile**: Id say the only downside is the user interface looks a little dated on the core. Would be great to match the user interface of the mobile in the core system. No issues with the system just an observation on how it looks is all.

Ability to use Operational Live Dashboards along with the data warehouse helps us provide information to managers.

> Good support along with taking feedback from customers to help improve/change Agility. It’s always good to know that feedback is used to help shape the product.

> **Vorteile**: The system is very robust. As a company we find the helpdesk function a massive boon.It has so many features that we have yet to implement and it keeps expanding. Customer service has improved greatly in the 12 years that I have been using the system.

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes there are buttons that are put into the customer released version which are actually still in development so they actually do nothing in the customer environment

> I find Agility extremely helpful in carrying out my day to day job. It has become the backbone of our engineering function and greatly aids compliance with our mandatory inspections.
