Not being able to drag and drop CVs / resumes, boolean search everywhere, or update records directly from Outlook are also big missing features. > > Definitely consider Mercury when trialing CRMs and confident that it will only keep getting better. Probably most recommended to companies who have a dedicated internal system support or training function. Having a well supported CRM with integrations like Mercury is essential in agency recruitment. The ability to manage clients and candidates at the volume needed is important. If you spend the time to set up the system, dashboards and searches correctly, I believe Mercury is one of the best - especially since it's based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is constantly being improved.
